12 Palms is a marvelous location for birders or those who like to watch the shipping coming in an out from the major harbors of Ingleside and Corpus Christi -- people like us. The owners take a very personal interest in every guest, not relying on an impersonal third-party management company. The amenities are great, and we're actually going to use the kitchen layout as a guide for planning our own kitchen remodel at home.You can't do better than 12 Palms in Port Aransas!

12 palms was exceptional! Great location for getting around town and only a short mile 1/2 to the beach! Deborah was an amazing host and truly outstanding! She gave us a list of things to do and help with top reviewed businesses for several things to do while here! We will definitely be back as this may be our new family tradition each year!

This home was beautiful and a great place to stay for our family. We felt welcomed by the host and she event sent us some Easter activities in the area. House was perfect location in a quiet part of the island.

We enjoyed our stay, including our puppies. We all had a workout using the stairs, but it was worth it! Location was great and very quiet.

Big and very well stocked kitchen and pet friendly oasis which was minutes from the beach. Nice yard but bring bug spray because the mosquitoes are brutal. Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and gas! The porches are lovely and we ate our meals outside without noise or mosquitoes. Very comfortable bed in the master suite. Great place to stay with our furry kids and we would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful experience. The hostess, Deborah, was an exceptional communicator. Her concern to provide a stress free VRBO is evident. She literally thinks of everything to provide an “at home” environment including all kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses and utensils. Her VRBO is immaculate and the write up reflects reality. The location couldn’t be closer to events, beach and restaurants. We love this home!!!

This place was just as described. Excellent location making it easy to get to and from the ferry and beach. Ample and comfortable seating areas both inside and out, making it an excellent spot to rest and chill. The home was kept nice and clean and was stocked with all the cooking essentials. The backyard was fenced and a good space to let our pups run off some energy. The host was very responsive and shared some great tips ahead of our trip making it easy to stock up on what we needed from Aransas Pass and she shared some great ideas on events for the weekend. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back when we visit Port A!

We loved our stay! The house was one of the most well stocked that I have stayed in. The pull out bed was comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for all the kiddos. We really enjoyed the king beds! We decided to not bring our dog but the house was well set up to be pet friendly with food and water bowls and a back yard. It was nice to be able to rinse all the sand off the beach stuff in the rocks. The house was well cleaned. The host was extremely informative and responsive. She sent us helpful hints prior to the trip. They were very accommodating when we decided to not bring our pup and refunded us our pet fee. Helpful hint: the hot and cold are revered in the kitchen and master shower, but we figured it out and had no issues! I would certainly recommend and stay again. It was great for two couples with kids!!

My family spent Thanksgiving here. It had everything we needed for the stay and plenty of room for all of us. Great place to stay and will be back!

Great property, enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable, kitchen has everything you could need, nice quiet neighborhood. Great place for you dog with a fenced in backyard and gates on the decks to keep them safe. Would for sure stay here again.

Port A Beach Vacation
