Great house! Definitely clean, plenty of space & well stocked. Prompt response with issue that came up with AC even tho it took two visits to fix completely - it was quick. I was disappointed that the gated community function was not operating for our entire stay at the main gate. Part of why we booked here was the added security but we did notice the guard driving around so it made up for it in part. The team that hosts seems really well equip to manage things! Would definitely stay again :)

We enjoyed our stay. Prefect home base. We found them to be short on spoons, but other than that everything was good!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. As we mentioned when we met you for check-in, if you needed anything during your stay, all you had to do was ask and we would have been happy to bring by additional spoons or anything else you needed.

Wonderful place to stay

The house is beautiful, very welcoming. The property is nestled in a beautiful gated community. Everything felt welcoming and clean. Will recommend and would stay there again.

Very welcoming host and spacious house! The kitchen was set up with all the tools you could ever need, and the house was only about a 15min walk to the beach each morning with the dog, if you plan on making the walk (3min drive max)!! Would absolutely recommend this home - safe community.

Beach getaway!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay with our family so much! The house was fantastic and so roomy. The outdoor shower was an added plus.

Spring break vacation

We had a pleasant time at the rental, we were able to communicate and coordinate with the host with ease. The weather was pleasant for the time of the year, and location was close enough for all the restaurants and fishing areas.

Perfect location and house

We stayed for about a week and had friends join us half way through. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals. If we go back to Port A, I'll definitely check availability.

Nice neighborhood

We had a nice stay! Close to beach and it had two nice heated pools in the community. A nice little walking loop in the community was also good! We enjoyed the front porch greatly doing our stay. Beds comfy, kitchen fairly well equipped. A good stay for a week enjoying the beach and Port A!

The house was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space indoor and out. The place had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great Port A stay :)

Wonderful!

The house itself was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! We rented a golf cart and it kept us from having to take our vehicles everywhere! The beds were insanely soft and the 3 bathrooms helped a lot with getting everyone cleaned up after the beach! We hope to return next summer!

Great location. House was in excellent condition. In prime beach cart driving area- drive quickly to local restaurants/bars/beach. Gated community so very safe area. Dog friendly community- we brought our two small dogs. Bring your own beach towels and equipment. We cooked most meals for four days and kitchen had everything we needed. Very relaxing, quiet community. Great customer service from property management. We will be back!

Main issue I had was with the Walk Village pools. Even though the guidelines say no loud speakers there were groups of adults without children with speakers playing very vulgar rap music. They would not turn it off until enough families came to the pool with children that basically crowded them out of the pool. So they left. If VRBO is going to endorse a community of homes they need to ensure that the guidelines are adhered especially where/when children are present.

We wish you would have informed us about the noise issue at the pool. The HOA is responsible for enforcing the pool rules, but we would have been happy to contact them to resolve the issue. However, we can't assist you if you don't let us know there is a problem. As you may know, summer is our busiest season and families come here to enjoy themselves. If you want a quieter experience, we encourage you to come in the off-season when there are fewer guests.

Loved this home and community!

Very warm community pool, kids could swim comfortably on a November evening. Everything in Port Aransas is close by, within 10 min drive so it was great and easy to get to stores, restaurants, the beaches, dolphin tour, etc.
