Numerose destinazioni alimentari e di intrattenimento sono nelle vicinanze e attività popolari come la pesca in spiaggia e sul molo; surf, equitazione o semplicemente rilassarsi e prendere il sole sono tutti a portata di mano. Il nuovissimo parco acquatico Schlitterbahn è ora aperto ed è a soli 3 miglia di distanza. Se porti una barca apprezzerai l'accesso nelle vicinanze al varo e al sistema di canali qui sull'isola.

Puoi dormire 4 in questa accogliente struttura fronte mare dotata di un letto king size e di un divano letto queen size nella zona giorno. Questa unità tropicale con 1 camera da letto al piano terra offre una camera da letto privata, una cucina aperta, una zona pranzo e una zona giorno con bagno adiacente.

-Lenzuola per ogni letto e asciugamani per ogni ospite sono forniti.

A RELAXING TRIP TO CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY! NOT PERFECT, BUT CLOSE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've never rented a condo on the beach before. The location was awesome! The beach was right in front of us with a great view for people watching and listening to the sounds of waves breaking. The first floor location facing the beach was PERFECT for this Senior couple. The condo was cute and everything we needed for our short 2 night stay was there for us. We would use this location again for a beach vacay, however there were some issues that you might be interested in hearing. The bed was plenty big. We are used to a King bed. The advert said it was a Queen, but it didn't feel small. However, the mattress was WAY soft, like memory foam. It was difficult to move on it, but we both were able to sleep ok once we found a position we liked. If you are a roller, you may have issues. The a/c worked pretty good for a majority of the condo but it got a little warm in the bedroom.The TV service works but is confusing. There are two remotes for both of the tv's (LR and BR) We had a problem with "no connection" issues a couple of times. We tried calling the management after hours, but the person on the phone had no way to send help or to offer assistance over the phone. She was honest about her lack of IT skills and apologized. Luckily, we were able to finally trouble shoot the problem. We recommend to the management people that they provide better instructions for using the equipment. I acknowledge that we are NOT that tech savy, so it may not be an issue for most people, but for awhile, we were not happy.Overall, I would recommend this place with the understanding that you are aware of the issues I mentioned here. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Family July 4th at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rentals were right on the sea wall. Nothing beats having private bathrooms, showers and air conditioning just a few steps from the waterfront. The units are one bedroom apartments with sleeper sofa. And the porch facing the sea was a great place to sit in the breeze and watch the beach activities. We could see fireworks from there. Uber and Favor delivery but the drive into town is easy.

Annual family vacation

As usual, the staff at Padre Escapes was very helpful from reservations to changes,checkout, and even the day after checkout. Amber was helpful. The location was great. The condo was clean and well stocked for the most part. The cookie sheet in the stove needs to be replaced (rusty). The only other issue was the hot water in the kitchen wasn't working. Amber said she would report it. Overall beautiful area to hang out in the afternoons and evenings. Food market is 5 minutes away in case you forget something.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our overall stay and the cleanliness of the condo, with the perfect setting on the gulf side of Padre Island. Relaxing stay, convenient side-trips to attractions, restaurants, shops, on Padre and Corpus Christi. The only drawbacks of our one week stay was a faulty "on-demand" hot water heater (extreme hot to cold) and an extremely soft bed (uncomfortable). We notified the office of the hot water heater, near the end of our stay. They were prompt about trying to resolve the issue, and they responded immediately by sending a maintenance person over to check out the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would return again!

We’re usually hotel people but couldn’t find anything on the water, so we used AIRBNB. I was initially hesitant as we’ve had an issue in the past but this location was perfect; patio on the beach front, clean, well appointed and the hosts instructions were easy to follow. Zero complaints and would use them again.

The air conditioner had a high-pitched noise all the time. The condo had such a strong smell of mold and mildew that we had to leave the door open to air out when we arrived. One guest had respiratory problems because of it.

Superb Beachfront Property

The property was SUPER clean and in tip top shape as everything was in perfect working order. On Saturday I couldn’t get the TV to come on to cable and guest services were there within 5 minutes to adjust the cable box and bring it back on line. Excellent customer service!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always it is a pleasant stay at the beach. Your staff is very helpful and pleasant. They always take good care of the us as we have been coming there for a long time. The dishwasher in the unit was not working properly and they were not able to fix while we were there so we had to handwash all of the dishes while we were there. We always try to leave it clean when we leave. In the bathroom there was mildew on the crack behind the sink where the granite meets. The corners in the bathroom are very dirty, all the floors in the unit need a thorough cleaning. The sofa is wearing out as it sinks and makes it hard to get up. The dining room chairs made a loud noise when moved across the floor so we took the liberty and put some pads on them so they weren't so loud. The bed is very comfortable. Love the new fridge and the kitchen is well equipped.

However, there were a couple things I noticed with the condition of the property: no hot water, has tankless heater that tripped the breaker every time we attempted to use hot water. The hand towel holder fell off the wall, useless. I left a list of issues on the kitchen counter. Terrific beach access. Clean grounds, small shower to wash sand off prior to entering the condo. Nice porch, good view of beach and surrounding area. Comfy bed. Needs new coffee maker and shower head.
