Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this stay did not meet your expectations, especially since you’ve enjoyed other visits to El Constante. Regarding the photo you mentioned, that image is taken from the upstairs balcony view, which is why the perspective can look different from other areas of the unit. We always aim to represent the property as accurately as possible and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We also apologize for the internet outage during your stay. Connectivity issues can occasionally occur, and we understand how frustrating that can be when trying to relax and use the TVs or other services. Your comments about the unit’s condition and potential upgrades are appreciated as well. Guest feedback like this is important, and we will be sharing your thoughts with our team as we continue to evaluate improvements to the property. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a future visit.
