Destin Beach Club staff are Terrific! The location of property is awesome. Restaurants, shopping, and beach are right at your feet. I love staying here again and again. I will be back soon!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good stay. Just a few inexpensive changes would help. Adding a kcup coffee maker would make a big difference. We brought our kcups for the coffee we like and there wasn't a keurig coffee maker. The low end are inexpensive. There needs to be a USB port , we had nowhere to charge our speaker, these are also Inexpensive , add one to the electrical outlet. Some of the dishes were dirty. We still love it there but it's time for a few upgrades.

Right on the beach, I relaxed on the balcony and listened to the calming sounds of the ocean. Sitting in the reserved chairs under the umbrella was perfect to enjoy the sun. The heated pool was clean and a perfect size for a few laps. Already planning for next year! It might be nice to include a throw; to cuddle up on the sofa.

Have been coming to this location for years. Everything is close by, many places to eat and Walmart few blocks away.

Unit could have been cleaner upon arrival, new vacuum needed for floors. Stove could use replacement, coils don’t fit stove. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Fall Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Realty was a lifesaver!We had reservations to stay at another location in PCB. The location was filthy and not at all as expected when booking. The hotel offered us a refund, which was perfect. However, it was 4:45 pm on a Sunday. The first thought I had was to call Destin Realty, as we have stayed at one of their properties in the past, with hopes that 1. the office was open and would answer the phone and 2. they had something available for the week. The lady I spoke to was super helpful at a very stressful time. We were not able to book at the property that we were familiar with but she found a unit at a different location, which was just as good if not better. I wish I knew her name to recognize her but I did not. She transferred me to Ava, who works in the office at Destin Beach Club. She too was super helpful. I can not thank her enough as I am pretty sure this was not a common situation. She was scheduled to get off at 5:00 but was able to get the contract and everything put together for us so that it was all completed when we arrived. The unit was extremely nice. The décor, colors and furnishings were my style, all the way. I appreciated the quality of the drapes too, especially in the bedroom. The room darkening was a nice touch. The unit was well furnished and we could not have asked for more! Yes, I could live there :)Thank you Destin Realty and Ava for turning a bad experience into a very positive one.

Beach time is the best time

I love the location, great beach view and for us it does not overlook the pool so you don't have the pool noise during the day etc. We enjoy Destin Beach Club because it is a smaller property and that makes the beach way less crowded and more enjoyable - it really is fabulous!
