This was a great place to stay for a girls trip. We enjoyed the game room very much. Lauren was a great hostess. Very close to the Merchantile.

Host was very quick to respond which was helpful. Getting in was fairly easy, although might want to tell people to push the house button on the key pad before entering code. It was nice to have a covered parking space. Rooms were clean. Furniture was ample and clean, although a bit dated. I think the decor was eclectic, it would have been nice to see the Flamingo theme carried throughout. Great to have WiFi and tv’s available. Also great to have three bathrooms. We did not give 5 stars because of things we saw as deferred maintenance issues, such as upper deck looks unsafe, carport is a bit rusty, and dryer door has duct tape on it. This is just our opinion, overall it was a comfortable place to stay and close to the downtown and areas we wanted to visit. We would recommend this place.

If you have a large group or family to accommodate this is your property. The pictures of the listing do not do the large rooms and amount of space justice. Very roomy. The host was very prompt to answer an inquiry. Not a problem with anything just a question. Property is easy to get in and out and has room to accommodate multiple vehicles. The property was very functional for children. The washer/ dryer are very handy on the first floor. Pool table and fuse ball were a hit. Our family is already planning a return to the property next year. Thanks for a great stay.

When your five “kids” range in age from 16-27, getting everyone together for a family Thanksgiving isn’t easy, but this home was the perfect place to host it. The home was clean, comfortable, and a really fun place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here, but there are things I wish I’d known. First, the host was great about getting back to you. The house is very spacious, in a good location, and clean. The cons were that it’s very dated. You can see in the pictures that’s it’s not modern, but the carpet, kitchen, and bathrooms are extremely dated. The hot tub was just warm, and the fire pit didn’t light even though we did exactly what it said to do. Overall, not bad, but not great.

Hello Jennifer. You are the first guest to call the house "dated". The downstairs recently had brand-new flooring installed, new light fixtures, among other things. It's unfortunate for us that something being "dated" warrants a 3-star review, when there was nothing actually wrong with the property. I went by and checked the hot tub the next day, and it was as warm as the temperature was set. I turned it up to the highest temperature, and it heated up to that as well. I do state in the check-in instructions to let me know if you have any issues so that I have a chance to rectify the situation for you. Since you did not reach out and let me know of your "issues", I was not able to rectify anything for you. I would have had a new propane bottle brought over and installed for you for the fire pit had you let me know that it was out. Anything less than 5 stars hurts our listing, and I just wish I was given a chance to fix the "problems" for you.

Ladies Trip

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. There was plenty of room for the ten of us, and when we couldn’t find sheets for the pull out couch, they came over to provide them for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great spot

It was clean and spacious. It was right in town and close to everything. The host was friendly and responded quickly when we had an issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Would definitely stay again.

We were very close to all the things we came to do. We were a small group and only there for the night, we would definitely stay again. Clean, directions made it easy to find, the pictures do not do this space justice. It is a very spacious house with plenty of room for a large group.

Great accommodations for our July 4th visit.

Loved the close proximity of this home to downtown Pawhuska. It met all our needs while we were in town to enjoy the July 4th festivities. We appreciate the extra effort by the homeowner to drop off some folding chairs that we could borrow to watch the fireworks. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
