Location is perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Right on the ocean. Great place to stay. Could use a deep cleaning, but other than that, great!

In the past, we have rented houses in Folly, but we will be going the condo route from now on. This condo was so convenient to the beach, town, restaurants, shops. The parking was easy. The shopping carts made move in/out super easy. We were a group of 8 adults but did not feel crowded at all. The view from the 4th floor was spectacular. Really great value for the price. Would 100% recommend.

The best part of this condo was the amazing view from the spacious balcony. The second best part was the very easy access to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful! The condo was exactly as described/pictured and very clean. I would highly recommend this property.
