The condo was big and roomy. There were plenty of towels and beach stuff available in the condo closet and in the garage. The condo itself could use a little love. The couch should be replaced and there was a small piece of baseboard missing in living area. The unit could use a deep cleaning. Overall the condo was nice and the facilities were very nice.

We very much value your feedback and all of our properties do receive professional upholstery and carpet cleaning in the Fall every year but you just happened to come right at the end of the peak season. Likewise, all of our properties receive a full deep cleaning every Fall as well. Glad you all had a great time!

Need more forks, only 6 in unit. Need additional key fobs or a code. Ceiling fans need to be able to turn up faster. Mattresses could be replaced in the king bedroom. There are 2 leaks in utility room. Unit needs some updating!Loved our stay, unit was a perfect size!

One of our favorite things to hear is that guests found their own little slice of paradise during their stay. We did actually have forks delivered right after your stay. The cleaning inspector noticed they were running low and ordered some. We did communicate with you during your stay regarding the laundry room leaks and had that taken care of. The unit above just had an incident with their washing machine but it's all resolved.

Great condo!

Great size, enough room for everyone. Great location, easy access. Could use a few updates, carpet is very stained. Some of the lights and fans didn't work but all in all nice place. Would stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The property is great and it's close to the bandshell but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The kitchen is big enough to cook family meals in and well stocked! Are area of concern was the carpet has lots of stains (but seemed clean) and the listing says 3 kings and there are only 2.

Gorgeous Condo

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. Pictures that are posted are exactly what you get. It also was quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and we would also stay again. Accommodations were all as listed also. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We loved it!

Perfect Beach Vacay

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious and plenty of room for our group. We had 6 adults and 7 kids. The balcony was huge and perfect outdoor space for lounging and meals. While the grill and wine fridge did not work, that was disclosed in the listing prior to booking. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. The property was kept very clean and the pool was nice and warm. Location to the beach was perfect. Initially, the check in and layout of the parking was a little confusing, but any questions we had were addressed very promptly by the property manager. Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

Great Vacation!!!

This was a great condo, much larger than the pictures made it appear. The decor was a little outdated, but it was very comfortable and clean. The parking situation was a little disappointing, only 2 spots - so if more cars they have to park across the street. There was also only 2 key fobs for the door which made it hard coming and going for our group. The property company did give us an extra fob - so be sure and ask for one at check in, other than those 2 things it was great!

Roomy with Awesome Beach View!

Our overall trip was excellent! The condo had lots of room for all 8 of us to have our own space and privacy. There were no issues with cleanliness, and kitchens and bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. The balcony yields a great view of the beach; great for hanging out at the beginning or the end of the day. The only con is the slightly cumbersome check in and check out process; however I believe this more of a result of the condo setup. The staff of Ocean Luxury so their best to send all the details needed to make the check in and check out process as smooth as possible!

Nice Place

The unit itself had a very nice layout. Quite spacious. Proximity to the beach was good. Nothing within walking distance for the most part. While at the pool some lady (didn’t identify herself) gave us a hard time about drinking poolside. I’m an adult on vacation. Also, I sent a text to the management company on the first day and never heard back. Again, beautiful place. We had fun.

The issue is that food and beverages are just not allowed on the pool deck of any condo complexes and this is a common rule. It helps keep the condo pool decks clean because they are not cleaned as often as a hotel pool would be.

Perfect Family Experience

We were thrilled with the condition of the condo when we arrived. Cleaning service was excellent as we met a very lovely housekeeper on our way in. Condo was nicer than expected, cookware was very nice to have at our disposal. Rollaway beds and inflatable mattress were in all the closets even though we didn’t need them. View of the the beach was perfect. No noise. We definitely had the better accommodations compared to other family members who chose to stay at a nearby hotel. We were discussing booking two Condos for next year so the whole family could be at one location. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Spring Break 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrived we were very happy with the Ocean Vista Rep as well as the location and quality of the Condo. The condo was spacious with incredible views. The location was great. Easy walking distance to dining establishments in both directions. Beach was not over crowded and pool area was great. Every text I sent to Ocean Vista rep was returned right away and was very helpful with recommendations. We really enjoyed our week with the family.

Room overview

Property in a great location and plenty of space for 10 people. Carpet had several white (bleach?) stains, as well as other stains. Drain clogged and lighting dim but fixed by maintenance. Unit needs refresh of silverware.. Mattresses very soft and not comfortable. Overall, for the price, this unit was nice and would rent again.
