Nice condo. Plenty of space for 6 adults and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo and will definitely be returning. There was not one thing negative that I could comment on. Already planning our trip next year to stay in the same condo!!

I had to reach out to the owner for check in details which were arranged in-flight on my way to Florida. Building management was very strict and paperwork required could have been completed before we arrived but we resolved in a few hours the next business day. The property amenities were not as really as described. For example the grill has not functioned for some time and there is wear and tear that needs the owners attention. And perhaps unavoidable but cockroaches were visible so we kept all our food sealed in bags or in the refrigerator. On a positive note the condo is massive, views spectacular and the kitchen had everything! The parking, pool and beach were very convenient!

We appreciate the feedback and thank you. The wear and tear and back patio grill do require us to keep up with it, we are right on the beach and all patio items are hit with salt water in the air daily and so although we have all high end luxury items they do wear and tear over time do to that salt water. We will review the grill and furniture and see what may need to be replaced. We do encourage sliders to be closed overnight to avoid bugs coming into the unit and also do our best to deep clean after every guest, we will also have our team spray and check for any bugs that may access or enter the unit. We hope you enjoyed the balanace of your stay.

Beautiful Place to stay

We had a group of 6 stay at the condo and it was a beautiful place. We had great views, easy location and parking was underground which was fantastic! If I go back I would book this place again! We loved it!

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The convenience for parking and a private elevator were so nice. Condo in conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping whatever you need. The beach was great and so close.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay! The condo has all amenities needed and a beautiful view! Manny was helpful and attentive and gave us a great rec for buying fresh seafood. We’d love to stay again but with some great restaurant suggestions outside of Daytona!

The condo and view could not be any more perfect!!

We had an amazing time in Daytona. The Ocean Vista condo was super spacious, clean, and you cannot beat the view. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony as well as a beautiful sunrise. The owner is extremely friendly and had great communication. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo

Large balcony with a beautiful view, very nice heated pool, nice clean gym overlooking the ocean, very spacious condo, it included pool towels, extra blankets and a cooler! Owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had! No complaints would definitely recommend!

Great condo in Daytona.

Amanda was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. The property was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family. The private elevator was very nice as we had two young children on our trip, it helped provide very quick access to the pool and beach. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to book it again in the future.

Daytona beach vacation

We can’t say enough about our stay. The home is just beautiful - from the moment you first walk in, it is beyond impressive with the marble floors to the spacious master bedroom & bath to the gorgeous gourmet kitchen and large dining room table for family dinners. The views from the spacious balcony are absolutely breathtaking. There is a great workout room and the location is exceptional. Manny & Amanda were super responsive - excellent hosts, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo Spacious kitchen. Large patio area overlooking the ocean and pool area. High end decorations and furnishings. Host was easily accessible and informative.

Luxury accommodations

Excellent beach location. Easy check end and check out process. Nice kitchen! Suggestions for a better stay: Third bedroom shower was dirty, no soap or shampoo in any bathroom as listed in the guest book directions, sheets were VERY wrinkled and pillows were dirty with holes. Sleeping 10 includes using the couch for two people.

Beautiful views and property.

It was a very nice place. Beds were comfortable, pool was nice and private, and beach was right there. Fun to watch sunrise. It still bothers me that we pay a $500 hostess fee and $300 plus service fee to stay there for 3 nights and still are expected to wash towels and strip beds. I know that is the VRBO policy but really? Also, it takes a lot to get into this very private condo building. The host provided a video with instructions that were very helpful and very necessary!! Overall, it was a great stay.

Thank you for the kind words, Donna. Unfortunately, VRBO does charge $500 to guests, & the cleaning fee is pretty standard. The policy is to leave the beds unmade, not strip them. I'll make sure the verbiage is more clear for the next guest, thank you for the feedback. Plus, only the beach towels were asked to be washed, not the other towels. The cleaner can't get them all done in the time it takes to prep the unity. Thanks again, Amanda
