Wonderful location, quiet corner of Gruene

We stayed here, a family of 3, for Labor Day 2022. It was the perfect home base for adventures on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, and all that Gruene has to offer. We would love to stay there again!

This property is in a great location, within walking distance to everything .

Very clean , and comfortable beds . A little musty smell when arrived , maybe due to AC being turned up , but other than that it’s great !

Hello David! Thank you for the 5 star review! We provide all linens including bath towels(2 per guest). I assume you are referring to beach towels to take to the pool/river, which we do not provide. We do not provide any perishables including seasonings. Both these are stated in the listing as well as the text reminders sent prior to arrival. We are glad to hear you enjoyed this beautiful condo in Gruene and hope to host you in the future! Thanks NBE

Adult River Weekend

We love staying at this location. This is our 2nd year staying in Gruene and not having to drive is a huge plus. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a balcony over looking the river on one side and the the pool on the other. We can’t wait to come back next summer.
