The Bothy is a delightful cottage resting in the centre of Lytham, Lancashire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a super-king-size with zip/link and a double, along with a bathroom and external cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is a front garden with patio and seating and an external study. The Bothy is a home away from home, perfect for enjoying a break to Lancashire with loved ones.

Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. WiFi, a selection of books and games. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed front garden with patio and seating. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in from 10am, check-out by 4pm. Note: This is an old town location with limited parking. Cars can be unloaded outside the property, then moved to on-street parking nearby.
