A charming and spacious cottage in rural St Ives
Farm Cottage has a large entrance hallway which is light and airy. It maintains a lot of traditional features. The lounge has a wood burner making it cosy in winter evenings; there is a groundfloor bedroom with a king size bed; a double bedroom on the upper floor, can be made into twin beds. The kitchen and dining room are separate offering plenty of space for a proper "sit down" evening meal. On the first floor there is a bathroom with over bath shower, wc and basin, heated towel rail; on the ground floor there is a shower room with wc and basin, heated towel rail.
The location of the cottage offers the best of both worlds. If seeking a change from the wonderful beaches you can access some fantastic rural walking straight from your door providing you with another scenic perspective of the landscape here.

Penzance
Questo cottage si trova a Penzance e vanta una posizione strategica in campagna e sul litorale. Antico villaggio di Chysauster e Market House sono due dei più importanti punti di riferimento della zona. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, è d'obbligo una tappa a Wharfside Shopping Centre e Fattoria Trevaskis Farm. Acorn Theatre è un'ottima meta per una serata fuori, e anche St Ives Museum è una buona destinazione, se viaggi con dei bambini. Buttati in acqua e mettiti alla prova con una delle tante discipline sportive della zona, tra cui kayak, motonautica e vela. In alternativa puoi divertirti all'aperto con attività come jogging e equitazione.

Host: Angela & Stephen Pirrie
We are Angela and Stephen Pirrie. We have 3 daughters. We moved here in May from Devon. We have completely changed our careers. Stephen is an ex Flybe Captain and my background has previously been in Fine Art valuations and property management. We always wanted to own and run holiday cottages but weren't intending to do it so soon. The pandemic put an end to Stephen's flying career sadly; but here we are in a fantastic part of Cornwall feeling very fortunate to be busy, working and making new friends in the local area.

We have found ourselves owning a group of very old but idyllic and charming Cornish Cottages just 3 miles from St Ives. Here we can enjoy the rural aspect of St Ives but sea views aren't far away.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
The group of cottages is peaceful and private. St Ives is 3 miles and Penzance is just 4 miles in the other direction. You can enjoy the beaches, watersports, the art galleries, the walking, the views, the restaurants; there is so much on offer here without travelling too far.
