Goditi la vacanza al mare che hai sempre immaginato nel nostro condominio familiare di recente costruzione con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi, a pochi passi dalla famosa spiaggia, dal lungomare e dal centro congressi di Wildwood. Ottimo per bambini e famiglie numerose. Bella terrazza coperta GRANDE Ristrutturata con sala da pranzo e posti a sedere all'aperto separati, ideale per caffè mattutino, sala da pranzo all'aperto e ritrovi familiari per la vista dei fuochi d'artificio del venerdì. NOVITÀ nella lavatrice e asciugatrice dell'unità, e NUOVO sistema centrale di aria e riscaldamento in tutto. Nuovissima doccia esterna privata. Parcheggio fuori strada e garage per 3 auto in totale.

Zona giorno: cucina completa spaziosa, aperta e luminosa e zona giorno con pavimenti in legno appena lucidati. Tostapane, macchina per il caffè e macchina KEURIG nuovi di zecca. Ampio comodo divano letto con nuovo materasso top di gamma, tavolo da pranzo e TV gigante. Luminoso bagno in comune nel corridoio principale con combinazione vasca / doccia.

Camere da letto: 1 camera da letto con nuovissimo comodo letto matrimoniale, 1 camera con due letti gemelli coordinati, entrambe con ampi armadi. Master suite con nuovissimo letto matrimoniale, 2 ampi armadi e bagno padronale privato con ampia doccia. Pavimenti in legno e ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. WiFi e servizio via cavo anche disponibili.

Affitto settimanale da sabato a sabato o affitto week-end disponibile. Check-in alle 15:00 del primo giorno, check-out alle 10:00 dell'ultimo giorno.

Everything Expected & More!

What a delightful time we had as a family! Jill’s condo was everything expected (listing) and more! The overall environment was peaceful, friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped…abundance of dishes, flatware and glassware and cooking equipment (pots. pans, bowls, pitchers). We had so much space to be together (common areas) as well as spread out (3 spacious bedrooms). Our family appreciated feeling so well taken care of by Jill and the property manager, Gerry! We are already starting to talk about plans for next year! Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your space!Much grace,Bernadette

Beautiful place & location

This is spacious and well kept. The covered deck was a great spot to spend time. The location is amazing, being about one block from the board walk. Overall our stay was excellent.

If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay look no further! This is our second time renting this beautiful condo. It’s in a perfect location within walking distance of everything, I honestly moved my car twice once to go food shopping and then when we had to leave. The condo is spacious, my mother & I were comfortable in the master bedroom, my daughter (19) & her friend shared a room and my son (13) and his friend stayed in the back bedroom with the bunk beds. Everyone had plenty of room to move around comfortably. The deck is comfortable and secluded, every morning my mother and I enjoyed our morning coffee together. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans of all sizes, cutting boards, coffee pot & Keurig. There’s an assortment of games to choose from. It’s honestly the best place we’ve ever rented. Our week flew by! Looking forward to coming back again. The owner is amazing checking in throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful Family Stay!

You can see how thoughtful Jill was the minute we arrived. Great family space just steps from the beach made taking breaks with the littles easy while allowing us to enjoy the sunset boardwalk. Would absolutely book again!

Great experience

This house was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Very roomy for 7 adults. Wonderful covered porch. This was a very easy and smooth experience and it was a pleasure for our family to stay here while we were in town for a family wedding.

Wonderful family shore vacation!

We loved our stay here! It was big enough for the whole family and close to all of the things we like to do in Wildwood! Plenty of parking and nice beach items there to share. We loved relaxing on the comfy couches for our afternoon post water park naps. Thanks for helping make our family trip so nice!

Awesome location for the family vacation.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a family with adult children. It’s so close to the boardwalk and beach that you can hear the announcements from the porch. I will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family.

Great place, nice location

Our 2nd time staying at this property. Very clean and great location. The front porch is great and provides shade and protection from the rain. Clean, comfortable place that is conveniently located. Owner and property manager are easy to work with.

Great location and property

The location is perfect. The condo is super clean and plenty of room. Porch was the selling point in picking the condo. Spent much time out there. Close to everything and we will definitely pick this place again.

Great House, Great Location

Very nice condo and a great location. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. Professional greeter made check in easy. House had everything needed for a pleasant vacation. The porch was outstanding and made the vacation really enjoyable. I would book again.

Wildwood Getaway

This property was the perfect location for a Wildwood vacation. Close enough to the boardwalk yet quiet while relaxing on the outdoor patio area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The condo provided all the comforts of home. The property manager was accessible and welcomed us upon on our arrival.

Jill was very responsive. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of seating inside and on the outdoor patio. The condo is very close to the beach, boardwalk, and a lot of restaurants.

Very nice

Extremely spacious and clean. Everything was very nice. Kitchen had Everything needed for a nice stay. Very short walk to the board walk and beach. Great outdoor porch with seating and a nice size table. Owners were very easy to get in touch with and very nice.

Beautiful place so close to beach/boardwalk

We loved everything about our stay here in Wildwood! It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Condo had everything you needed and was so close to the boardwalk and beach. We walked to the boardwalk every night, walked to mini golf and even some restaurants. It was in the best location. We especially loved the large outdoor patio, where we had most of our meals and played cards and games. The owners were wonderful to talk to and communicate with. We would definitely rent here again if we come back to Wildwood anytime soon!

Great place, great location

This was booked as a last minute trip. There were not many properties available. Luckily I found this property and it looked nice so I booked. I was skeptical. When we got there I was extremely satisfied. Very clean and spacious. Nicely updated and lots of windows for natural light. Balcony was really nice and inviting too. Will be booking again.

Perfect vacation

It’s taken my kids & I 6+ years to get back to the Jersey shore since my husband died. The condo was a perfect, clean and organized, we had more than enough space for my mom and us. The location was perfect close to everything, we relaxed enjoying the deck in the mornings having our coffee & dinner at night. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

As lifetime NJ residents, we have been taking vacations to the beautiful beaches of New Jersey with our kids for their entire lives. Now that we have our own beach condo, we want to help other families get the same great experiences we had. We love the bustling boardwalk, great sandy beaches, and beautiful water. There's nothing better than riding a bike along the boardwalk to get some coffee, see the sunrise, grab lunch, or just get some exercise. We hope you and your family fall in love, just like we did!

We love our Wildwood condo because it's the best of all worlds. It's spacious, bright, and open on the inside, less than a block to the boardwalk for fun and games and great food, and a short walk to the beach to catch some rays and go for a swim. It satisfies everything we love about the beaches of New Jersey - a private, comfortable retreat close to all the action-packed fun of the boardwalk and water parks and beaches. We purchased the condo in 2016 so we are still exploring and finding all the amazing stores and restaurants and beach-front bars in the area too, but would love for you to experience all it has to offer.

The covered HUGE deck is our favorite part of the condo - its size and views can't be beat. We set up both outdoor seating and dining areas to be able to use it all day and night. Whether relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the sights and smells of the beautiful ocean air, or enjoying an outdoor dinner with the family at sunset, we could spend all day on our deck. When you're not at the beach, boardwalk, or great area restaurants, you'll love getting as much use out of the covered deck as possible.
