Tucked away down a quiet country lane with open green fields either side, in the middle of the farm hamlet of Tughall Steads. This converted farm building is just a few miles from the seafront and some lovely coastal settlements such as Newton by the Sea and Beadnell with its beautiful bay. Bamburgh is a little further, 10 minutes drive, and definitely worth a visit to see the castle!
An impressive refurbishment took place in 2020 at this property to transform it into the chic home-from-home it is now. Some distinctive original features have been retained to keep the cottage’s character alive. The high ceiling in the living room has beautiful exposed roof trusses and a logburner has a feature coastal pebble wall designed by the previous owner- a renowned local artist. A large glass window looks over the living room from the twin bedroom upstairs, a unique feature.
The well kept garden is a lovely spot to sit when the sun is shining, especially in the warmer seasons when the flowers are in bloom. The outside table and chairs are a great place to take your morning coffee

House bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Double bedroom with king size bed. First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room. Mezzanine floor. Additional quirky twin bedroom (Please note the low ceilings and limited wardrobe space)
