Property was very clean, lobby was decorated very nice. Had a great stay, ocean view wonderful. Only suggestion I would make would be for a cabinet in the kitchen be left open for food items.

Upon our arrival Happy Crab made sure our needs were met. They were great and assured us we could count on them should we need anything. The property was tastefully decorated and the view was spectacular. There were no problems due to the staff and management of Happy Crab. Heavy rain created a minor leak around a skylight but once we notified maintenance they checked it out and arranged for the building contractor to repair it. We will definitely look to Happy Crab in the future when planning our next trip. Thank you!

The building was well taken care of and very family friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub was a big hit with our kids and it was nice to see people hanging out in the common area at night. Overall it had a safe community feel to it and the beach views from the unit were fantastic.The unit itself was definitely smaller than we expected. It is a corner unit so it is long and narrow and the balcony is smaller than what the other units have. There isn’t much room in the bedrooms for your stuff, especially the master that has a giant piece of furniture to hold a small TV.We have 3 children and there wasn’t much room to put all their beach stiff either. The kitchen could use some dedicated cabinet space for groceries, we had to just put everything on the counters. And if you like to cook meals yourself, I would suggest packing decent knives. We could only find one that was kind of sharp.

Just one little hiccup when we arrived, we couldn’t get into our room with the code provided, we called the number provided and someone quickly came and helped us get into our room. Beach view was beautiful. Room was clean when we arrived. 30 minutes from airport. We would recommend. The stay was nice and we made some beautiful memories. Thanks Happy Crab!

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all of the amenities mentioned in the online listing, and the location was close to everything: restaurants, shopping, and especially, the beach. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Will likely be back!

Loved the location and convenience of the facility. Right on the beach, parking no issue and management was awesome.

If you are looking for something on the beach and still close to everything else Waterpoint l is the place. Easy access to beach, unit was very spacious and parking had no issues. Loved they had bathroom access for guest in the lobby from the beach and pool area. Will definitely book again there.

Huge and comfortable condo

Great beach views, warm indoor pool and hot hottub. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Quiet beach and neighborhood. Best of all...Happy Crab is the best management company.

Bonus North Myrtle Beach Long Week-end August

My husband and 2 adult sons stay for 4 day week-end. Perfect location, Clean, Great Views with Balcony and no complaint of price! Lots of extras in kitchen if you need. It is older condo- But well maintained by owners. We would definitely stay here again. Only regret it went to quickly!!
