If you are looking to get away from the city, this is a nice place to stay. Very quiet and cozy and you have a beautiful view of the lake. The only thing we disliked was the unit has a stairwell you need to go up to enter.

View from deck was outstanding. Didn’t quite understand that it was a multi unit property and not prepared for warmer weather until checking in instructions received. Overall very pleased with the stay. Morning and sunsets particularly beautiful

Hello Polly, we are sorry that your vacation to our property did not meet your expectations. When you had initially arrived at the property and contacted us and expressed your concerns, we tried to resolve these concerns by offering to send over our property manager to inspect and correct all issues. You declined our offer to resolve. We then presented a resolution of giving you a full refund if you wanted to find another property. We checked the local listings during your vacation dates and there were plenty of openings. We even offered to allow you a night/day to figure this option out free of charge. You also declined this offer to resolve. Most guests would be able to find some type of resolution within these two resolutions as we want to respect your personal vacation time and make sure you are able to enjoy it to its fullest. In regards to your comments & photos within your review, we have professional cleanings after every stay. We made sure to have our cleaning crew verify that these issues were resolved and/or no longer exist. Again, I am truly sorry that our property did not meet your expectations, I really feel that if you had given us a chance to resolve the issues, your stay would have been more enjoyable. It is always our priority to make sure the all guests have a great time while visiting our properties. We wish you all the best with future visits up to Big Bear Lake!

Had the most amazing stay! Came here with my 6-month old son and senior dog. You can't beat the view of the lake the proximity to Big Bears shops and restaurants.

This was a very enjoyable stay. Everything was laid out very clearly in a detailed email covering all aspects of the stay, from arrival to trash disposal. The house was as described and comfortably accommodated our whole family. The views are amazing. We’d definitely consider returning here in the summer, just to be able to enjoy that lake access.

Beautiful back yard.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The highlight was in the evening and in the morning, sitting on the back balcony, looking at the beautiful lake and landscapes.

Wonderful Views!

My best friend and I just got back from a girls weekend at the Lakefront Chalet. The views are amazing, beds were comfortable and the proximity to town was invaluable. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable retreat.

Big bear trip

The upstairs unit with a loft is on the lake with an awesome view from the deck. Close to the village so we walked over for dinner or ice cream at the north pole. Not a newer fancy property but clean and a great value.
