We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of our trip. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time in Daytona Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! A beautiful view and the location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. It was stocked with everything we needed and the balcony was stunning! We would love to come back!

We had a great time! It was a perfect getaway for our 19th anniversary on the beach! The views were amazing! The morning sunrise view was perfect! Nice and quiet area with a beach right outside to go down to, we couldn't have been happier!!! Super clean, the host gave us our space and didn't reach out too much, it was great! Trying to figure out how to save the property to find in the future for sure!!!

The view from the room is astounding. The place was clean. Basic needs met. The loveseat needs replaced and the tv needs upgraded. Otherwise it was ideal for the price.

The room itself had a beautiful view and was reasonably clean.. However this property was an absolute nightmare. The pictures shown online are not even close to reality. Smoke filled hallways and a broken door at the side entrance. Upon checking in, I called to express my concerns and never received a call back.We had a two day stay but left after one night. If we had any other option we would not have even stayed one night as this property absolutely did not feel not safe. The pools were empty of water…. Filthy hallways. At the entrance it had rained and there was a huge amount of water inside the entrance.

We loved our stay in this studio! Excellent communication from management. It was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed, comfy bed and an absolutely incredible view! The best view of all the condos we have stayed in. I would absolutely stay again!

The condo itself was excellent but the resort that it was located in was in rough shape. Pools were shut down or out of order. Looked as if a possible renovation is about to maybe take place. Access to the beach was not as easy as it should have been due to the door locking when you went outside of the building and having to come back in a different way. Also I don’t understand why people get upset when a valid id is required to vote when this resort requires your drivers license to get a luggage cart and holds it until you return the luggage cart. The condo itself was everything as described but the resort it is in was very run down and underwhelming at best.

Breath taking views morning sunrise just beautiful. Moonlighting beach waves are stunning. Was a perfect place to spend a few days . Bed was very comfortable n the tv is huge .Publix is directly across the street. Will definitely keep in mind for my next visit to Daytona

The room had an incredible view of the beach and was reasonably clean; the only negative is that the TV needs to be replaced. However, this property was an absolute nightmare. The pictures shown online do not accurately reflect the resort's current condition or the amenities available at this time. The hallway outside the room smells like weed. We were unaware that major renovations were underway on the property. There were parking issues, and two of the three pools were not functional. Although the other pool was open, the area around it was messy due to ongoing work on the wall between the condo and the beach. We stayed over the weekend, so we missed the construction noise. Access to the beach was inconvenient because you had to go to the side of the building to reach a gate. While going out was manageable, getting back in was a problem; we had to walk around the side and the front of the resort to go through the front door. The onsite staff doesn't know when the renovations will be complete.
