Questa è una posizione comoda all'estremità nord di Daytona Beach. I nostri condomini sono OCEANFRONT con balconi privati abbastanza ampi da ospitare posti a sedere. Si prega di chiedere ad altri proprietari dei loro balconi: la lamentela n. 1 che sentiamo dagli ospiti che hanno soggiornato con altri proprietari è che non è stato detto loro che i balconi erano solo in piedi o passerelle pubbliche ... e non un balcone privato. consapevole della differenza e chiedere prima di noleggiare - non essere deluso !!

Studio d'angolo al 10 ° piano (nella foto) con letto king size Ampio balcone privato. Questo condominio è il preferito di tutti. È tutto sulla vista. L'unità angolare del decimo piano ti farà sentire come in bilico sopra l'oceano. Aggiornato di recente !! Queste unità angolari sono le unità più belle dell'edificio. Ti godrai l'arredamento e la biancheria di lusso, ti sentirai come a casa. Oceanfront Private Balcony è di 120 piedi quadrati, inizierai a sentire come se avessi un'altra stanza da godere.

L'arredamento include: divano / divano a due piazze in pelle, sedia reclinabile in pelle, tavolo e sedie, comò e cassettiera. Questa posizione della camera offre splendide viste sul Nord Est, cucina efficiente e vista da un milione di dollari dal balcone privato con 2 sedie e un tavolo in modo da poter comodamente gustare un caffè mentre guardi l'alba dal tuo balcone privato.

Avrete una splendida vista sul mare o rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino e godersi la vista delle stelle nel cielo notturno. cucina di efficienza con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Tavolo con sedie per cenare all'aperto.

We loved the room & the view was beautiful. The host cannot help this, but in this non-smoking site, people were smoking weed. We would go back to this rental, but we wish the beach resort management would focus more on the overall experience for families. But great host, great rental.

Hot tub was nice, the jets could have been better but we enjoyed our suite, elevators were always available loved the view from the 10th floor balcony, very comfortable bed, do to the parking garage was closed for repairs we had to park in the lot next door to the south of the property not very far away though. We would stay there again

Host was easy to communicate with. View was beautiful. Room was just enough for me and my spouse. Furniture was broken upon arrival and power was out for 12 plus hours- no fault of the owners but still affected our stay. Check in and check out was easy. The actual condo building itself was a little to be desired. Parts of it were closed off, locked, under construction. The pool was so-so. The beach was beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time and would love to go back soon. We did not like the access to the beach, it was very annoying. One time the gate would be accessible and other times we would have to go all the way around the building to the front door. The last 3 days we were there the contractors were jack hammering and drilling the new sea wall. We had to leave the condo for the day and find other things to do.I loved the condo but I did not like the noise. We will go back when all the work is complete,

This studio apartment is a perfect fit for two people! It was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Whether you're relaxing in the apartment or on the balcony, the view is amazing. Retail stores, Publix (my fave) and restaurants, all within walking distance. We would definitely choose this place again!

This was an unplanned, last-minute trip after our initial vacation plans were canceled. I wanted a room with a view. We got exactly that - and a beautiful view it was! The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless with a nice big bathroom. We just happened to hit some of the best March weather we could have asked for. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and do NOTHING but enjoy the breeze and the sound of the ocean. We will most definitely stay again if we plan another trip there. My ONLY suggestion would be to leave instructions on how to find the DBR TV channels. Thank you!

Nice place. Logistics worked out well. Main negative issue was loud noise from maintenance/repairs in the building early in the morning (7:30 AM) and throughout the day. Registered a complaint with the front desk.

The host was very welcoming and informative. The condo had everything that we needed along with a wonderful view, a comfortable bed and pillows, and soft plush towels.The resort property is in need of some repair. They need better access to and from the beach. The parking is frightful at the moment with the parking garage closed. There was usually one sometimes two of of the four elevators working. But the condo rental price and the comfort made up for it.
