- Smoking is not allowed inside or in the pool area.
- There is free parking on premises and an electric operated main gate.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

- Dog, cats and other animals live at the property and are free roaming in the grounds.
- Pool access dependent on weather conditions and respect of facilities.
- The towels provided are not to be taken to the beach or used in the pool area.
