We have rented in Del Mar for a number of years and this is best equipped unit we have stayed in. You don’t need to bring much but yourself. The kitchen is generously equipped with quality pots and pans, plenty of utensils and even a nice supply of spices. Kim is so easy to work with and responds almost immediately (one of my criteria for choosing a place). The place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. You cannot go wrong with this property.

Great stay

Very Comfortable, clean great location beautiful view! Kim is so easy to work with. We are repeat vacationers here and recommend this place highly, our family has enjoyed it as well. Great storage area for our two bikes. Tennis courts and easy 15 min walk to the beach.

The condo was perfect. Kim had everything you could possible want in there. The condo is in a perfect location to everything convenient, the beach, downtown, the horse track, the 5. We had a great time. You should not be disappointed with your stay

Comfy condo, great location

Just like the pictures. Del Mar Woods was ideal location for a long stay. Close enough for hikes to Torrey Pines and easy access to DM restaurants. Pool and Bbq were convenient. The unit had everything we needed and the host was very accomodating.

Vacation in Paradise to

The property has walking access to shops, restaurants, and Torrey Pines trails. It works well for us because of our horse racing business. Kim is a wonderful hostess who always makes sure guests are comfortable.

Amazing

Just concluded a two month stay and loved every moment of it. Location was great with Torrey pines south and Del Mar beach north. Both a 15 minute walk. All amenities were best we have experienced in a rental including an incredibly equipped kitchen. Balcony and pool were a real pleasure and host Kim was great. Would definitely go back.

Outstanding Condo

Location was perfect. Condo had all the bells and whistles … quality bedding and towels to dinnerware etc. Other startup supplies from polish remover to stain remover. Full size washer and dryer like new. Kim was just a phone call away whenever we needed her! Highly recommend and will return!

Paradise by the cliffs

This condo was exactly the way it was advertised. The owner spared no expense in creating a very comfortable vacation paradise. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked. We enjoyed many meals at the large glass top table while watching the sunset. The automatic shade that was installed on the balcony was fantastic! It made a huge difference during the afternoon and evening. The balcony was a great place to relax and read a book. My children enjoyed relaxing by the pool and I took advantage of the gym. We really appreciated the two assigned parking spots. Kim was quick to respond to any question or concern. The condo wasn’t exactly near restaurants, but within walking distance. The restaurants that were in the area were fantastic. We liked that we could quickly drive to the Coaster station and ride to either San Diego or Oceanside. This place was perfect!

The property offered us a wonderful retreat in a beautiful setting.

The condo was so comfortable and Kim is the ultimate hostess. If something is not right, it is addressed immediately. We loved the location which allowed us to hike Torrey Pines, take long walks by the beach or just relax by the pool. We cannot wait to come back.

Great getaway!

This was our 2nd year staying here. it was wonderful. We love the location it is great for riding our bikes to the beach. Kim is a wonderful host. The condo is clean & comfortable, well stocked and truly met all our needs! Thank you! .

Perfect Location and Condo for Everything!

We had a wonderful March 2022 in Kim's Del Mar Woods condo. Kim always answered emails promptly and completely. View of the ocean and sunsets are beautiful. Perfect location: Walk north to town's many restaurants and shops, either on the sidewalk or on the Cliff Walk trail that parallels the beach. Walk south to Torrey Pines trails and east to Crest Trail and Torrey Pines Extension trails. Also an easy drive to San Diego for city activities. Keyless lock made checking in easy and it was nice not worrying about door key while there. Two parking spots was nice, one in the garage and one outside. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped and designed kitchen. Easy to use washer/dryer. We enjoyed using the condo association pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room.

The most amazing vacation home

We cannot recommend this vacation rental enough! The apartment is beautiful, well designed and well stocked in every manner. There is a full kitchen for people that enjoy to cook, all the accessories you can think of for the beach and access to a well maintained pool area. The views alone from the lounge room and master bedroom are enough reason to consider this rental - you wake up to a view of the ocean and can watch the sunset from the comfort of the apartment. The location was great with a beautiful cliff walk to the ocean and 10mins walk to local cafes and the main strip. Kim was easy to reach and extremely communicable and the perfect host. We will no doubt return for our next vacation as we’ve absolutely fallen in love with the area and the rental!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our month very much! This beautiful Condo was exactly as described,, great location! Comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.. We brought our bikes and stored them in a storage locker which worked great. Thank you Kim! We Enjoyed playing tennis which has a peek a boo ocean view Super easy check in /out! Thank you Kim for for being such a gracious host, we hope to return soon!

Fabulous ocean view getaway

Beautiful and classily-furnished apartment in San Diego with excellent views of the ocean. Complex has great amenities, family friendly pool and bbq areas. Kim was a helpful, friendly and communicative host. The only two issues we had during our month’s visit were with the TV, which had some curious volume button snags and wouldn’t always turn up or down (we managed to resolve this when we deleted apps on the television - apparently this is something that happens with Samsung TVs), and also with the dryer which was temperamental and had to be repaired during our stay (Kim’s handyman Rene was really great). But overall a really nice gem in Del Mar that we’d happily return to next time we’re looking to stay in the area.

Wonderful

Kim answered all my questions before arriving and continued to send messages while I stayed in their beautifully decorated condo. The condo was clean and in a perfect location for walking in town or to the beach.

Beautiful Home and Resort

Kim has thought of everything! We love coming “home” to this tastefully designed, comfortable condo, with great view of the ocean. Our covered parking space is a plus! We love the community of DelMar, the magnificent coastlines and proximity to the ocean, and great little restaurants, shopping, the very fancy Cinemas, and LaJolla Playhouse. Thanks Kim

Beautiful Ocean View

This is a lovely home, it is open and airy with a beautiful view of the ocean and is just as beautiful inside. This home is gorgeous and is the cleanest place I've ever seen. It has all the amenities and everything is in complete order. This home is in a beautiful area and is walking distance to the beach and local stores. The owner was very personable and treated us like gold. I would absolutely revisit this home and I highly recommend staying here.
