Passeggiata in e sentirsi come a casa in questo residenza cittadina di lusso appena ristrutturato nel bellissimo golfo Place. Passo fuori dalla porta posteriore alla grande piscina laguna o impianto da tennis. La casa dispone di sala grande famiglia, sala da pranzo, una cucina e una camera da letto matrimoniale tutti situati al primo piano. Al piano superiore si dispone di una grande suite matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e ampio bagno con veranda privata che si affaccia piscina, seconda camera da letto ha letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. C'è un gioco pacchetto N per i bambini più piccoli (che si trova in armadio master)

Una veranda protetta per le sere d'estate si trova al largo della stanza di famiglia e si affaccia sulla piscina laguna di grandi dimensioni (una delle tre piscine nel complesso). . Divano in soggiorno ha un comodo letto pieghevole (letto matrimoniale) per un letto aggiuntivo.

La casa è professionalmente decorato con divani e sedie imbottite. Ci sono a schermo piatto T. V. 's in soggiorno e master suite, un altro T. V. in camera da letto secondo maestro. Tutto di T. V con lettore DVD pure. Un sacco di giochi per famiglie e libri in salotto. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elementi essenziali per i pasti in famiglia. Ci sono 5 o 6 sedie a sdraio, 2 ombrelloni e un assortimento di giocattoli da spiaggia, che si trova sullo schermo portico.

All'interno della comunità bella Gulf Place, si possono visitare le boutique, cenare presso i ristoranti o rilassarsi al di Miss Lucille Internet Cafe. Ci sono anche passeggiate e piste ciclabili, shuffle board, concerti sul verde ogni fine settimana e tre spiaggia deeded accessi.

Venite a rilassarvi e non hanno mai spostare l'auto. Tuttavia si consiglia di visitare il più grande centro commerciale negli Stati Uniti solo sei miglia a ovest. Baytowne Wharf è a soli cinque chilometri di distanza - e Destin dieci miglia a ovest. C'è così tanto da fare e non vediamo l'ora di avere a rimanere con noi.

Great location, easy to get to beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring up and down 30A. The only issues I had was that there was no dish towels in the kitchen, a few dirty dishes, and no extra toilet paper.

I am so sorry for no extra towel paper, kitchen towels and the dirty dishes... I have contacted my cleaners to let them know as this is something that should never happen. Glad you had a good time and i will get to the bottom of house not being in pristine condition.

Great visit. No complaints. We had 6 adults and we were quite comfortable. The pool was very close to the back door 2 minute walk to the pool. Once we found the private entrance to the beach - it was an easy walk down the 'hidden' pathway. Some direction around that would have been nice - but not enough to take any stars away. It was great having the shops and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great 2 week visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sherry’s townhouse. It was spacious, well equipped, clean, and overall exactly what our family needed for a vacation rental. The walk to the beach was easy, and made very convenient by the use of the beach wagon. The pool and community amenities were fantastic. Sherry was a great host, and we cannot wait for our stay at her unit again next year.

My family and I enjoyed this property so much! The beds were so comfortable and the home was very clean. The home is beautiful!! We walked every morning to a Cafe that was near by and the area around the property is so lively. The beach access was so close, just in waking distance. Sherry had beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler avaliable for our use when going to the beach. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this location to everyone!!

We had such a wonderful stay and are incredibly thankful to our host, Sherry, for welcoming our family into her lovely home. This was our first family beach trip with our 1½-year-old toddler, who had never been in the car for more than about 45 minutes at a time. The long drive was understandably a little overwhelming for her, and we arrived several hours before our scheduled check-in needing a place for her to stretch, get changed, and take a much-needed nap.We reached out to Sherry hoping early access might be possible, and she was incredibly responsive, understanding, and accommodating. She graciously allowed us to enter the property early, which truly made such a difference for our family.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with just about everything we could need from cooking utensils to laundry detergent pods. There was even a Pack ’n Play available for our little one, which was such a thoughtful touch.The location was another huge plus! The beach, boutiques, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. Having a pool just steps from the back door made the stay even more enjoyable.Thank you again, Sherry, for your hospitality and for helping make our first family beach trip such a special and memorable experience. We would happily stay here again!

Fantastic rental location, huge pool steps from the back door. Moments away fro Pickle ball courts, dining, shopping and walks on the beach. The townhome was well stocked, clean and spacious. A wonderful last minute getaway spot that didn’t disappoint. Thank you Sherry, we will be back!!!!!

Everything was very clean! Location was great. Amenities were lovely. A couple of tips- The emailed instructions from the owner (for getting into the home) were totally different than the instructions sent via the VRBO app so that was a bit confusing when trying to gain access. We just tried both and the one emailed from the owner worked. A map of where to get the private beach access would have been helpful as it was not searchable on Google. No paper towels or beach towels were provided- not a big deal, just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, it was a great house with plenty of room to spread out for family of 5!

so glad you had a great time. I do apologize for not having paper towels; those should have been provided, and i have addressed it with my cleaning crew.. As for beach towels I have provided those in the past; however, guests kept taking those from the home, so after 45 beach towels in one season, I decided not to leave beach towels. Hope to have you return soon...

it is wonderful to have my repeat guests. I try to Suprise them with something new or updated so they will have a great visit. Gulf place and our home is the perfect place, the home sits right on the lagoon pool and only 5 min. walk to the gulf. Also you park right in front of home and have reserved spaces just for the home. So much to do with restaurants, shops and summer concerts.. Come join us along the coast and experience all 30-A has to offer.

What a wonderful place to stay in an incredible location! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to stay. Great proximity to the beach, the pool, the restaurants ... we were so pleased!

When traveling to Santa Rosa Beach to visit my sister I found Gulf Place and knew it was ideal for families and friends. Two years later I purchased the townhome and have loved traveling down for a couple of months a year and sharing with many new guest. With 3 pools, tennis courts, shops, dining and so much to do without leaving the complex makes Gulf Place your perfect destination. The beach is only steps away and you will never miss a sunset. The Outlet Mall is only 3 miles and Destin Commons (large shopping center) is only 5 miles away. You can visit Destin Harbor, rent a boat or just enjoy the shopping in Destin. 30-A is known for some of the best restaurants in the area, dining is always a treat as most places have nightly music and entertainment. There is a bike trail that extends the entire 18 miles of 30-A and you will always find bikers and walkers along the trails. 30-A is an experience and we look forward to having you experience the many aspects in our area. You will be delighted with our beach, community and relaxing atmosphere.
