This is our third time renting this same property and we love it. It is always clean and the parking spot is very convenient. We’ve stayed in other units, but we always come back to this one. We enjoy the amenities around the property, and it’s a short walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was clean and equipped with all the basic mentioned necessities. Our kids enjoyed the beach toys ,tanning floats, books and specials the bunk beds.The unit is just 3 mins walk to the beach and is very close to some great restaurants and shops.we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and we will be back again!! Thank you !!

GREAT location and area. Love the beach vibes, but seclusion if needed. Property was clean, and the whole complex was well kept. Would definitely go back to Gulf Place.

Nicely appointed unit in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk from three beach access points (one public and two private), three heated pools, pickleball courts, restaurants, shopping, etc. This is a great, less crowded area of 30A and we would definitely love to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at Gulf Place Residences. Property was clean & well taken care of. Had an issue with a fire alarm that was in need of repair & maintenance got over there quickly & resolved with no issues. Maintenance man was extremely nice & professional & enjoyed our conversation with him.

Lovely condominium in a safe location with under building parking. Clean, comfortable, elevator access with covered balcony. You can walk to the beaches, some nice restaurants , use the pickle ball/tennis courts, shuffleboard area and any of the three pools. You can also arrange to rent ebikes, regular bikes ,and golf carts.We would come here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent! Very close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and easy access to multiple beach areas. It made everything very convenient and enjoyable.The property itself was also great. It was very clean, had plenty of space, and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I also appreciated how easy it was to get to and navigate once inside. Parking was great as well. We had a reserved spot, and it made everything very easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again

We love Gulf Place

This condo was fantastic for our family of 4. The location is prime with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within quick walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and the company that owns this condo was so easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo for any group/family of 6 or less.

The furnishings were really nice. We will definitely stay again the next few months. We were owners in Gulf Place from 2002-2022. We would like to get an extra discount in the future. There are only 2 of us and only need one bedroom but really like this unit

Great place and location. Note there is beach supplies in the closet here. (2 chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and sand toys). We were told there is no chairs so we brought them from Canada but there actually is 2 of them. This was our 2nd time staying at Gulf Place so we knew what to expect with the complex. There is 3 private beach access’s, but only 1 of those areas you can set up personal chairs now. The other 2 is chair service only. The area where you can set up a chair they still have the chair service front row by the water, so if you plan to just use personal chairs, get there earlier and try to squeeze between the chairs. Parking spot underground was great.

Great location-easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice condo.Communication with property management company was excellent. We had the opportunity to check in early. Before we arrived, we received a text that there was a leak in the unit above and water was in our master bath. This issue was resolved quickly as we didn’t see any water during our stay.We noticed a couple of minor issues and our inspector came right away.
