There is no better location to stay in Del Mar than this! Easy walk to the best beach in the area. The place is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Despite facing a busy street we were never bothered by street noise at night. AC was very welcome given how hot the weather was. Very well equipped kitchen, and everything needed for the beach (towels, wagon for toting things, boogie boards, etc.). My husband swam in the lovely pool at the complex every morning, it's a 2 minute walk away.

What a great location! Away from the hustle and bustle but so convenient to visit all the fun places in Del Mar, Torrey Pines and La Jolla. The beach and a great hiking trail are just a short walk away. The pool and hot tub are close to the unit and well maintained. A couple of great restaurants are withing walking distance too. The back deck also has great sunset views. Would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed this Del Mar rental so much! We loved the fact that the beautiful beach was walking distance and enjoyed hiking in Torrey Pines State Park. While the beach view is a bit far, there's nothing better that waking up and seeing the Pacific Ocean out the window! The neighborhood pool and hot tub were great. The fact that the unit had enough twin beds for all 4 of our kids to sleep comfortably for the week was a big plus.

Our stay was excellent. The location was in a perfect spot for us. We like to hike, explore, bike, shop, play tennis and this place had it all!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub the most! We walked to the beach almost everyday to enjoy the sunsets. What stood out most was how family-friendly the property was. Angelica went above and beyond to make our holiday special by providing a small Christmas tree and even some fun activities for the kids. We felt so welcomed! The location was so great. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot for this visit to San Diego for us. Easy access to freeways and coastal road. Garage was a huge plus for us

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a week over spring break. The location was fantastic and within 20 minutes of almost everything we did. Home was as pictured and was quite spacious. Communication with Matt was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Sun-Drenched Family Fun Experience

Angelica's place is in the perfect location for immediate access to the beach, and Torrey Pines State Park for hiking. It was wonderful to eat breakfast with an ocean view, walk with the kids to the beach, and then spend the afternoons at one of the lovely restaurants nearby.

Wonderful stay in Del Mar

My family (2 kids, 2 adults) had a wonderful stay in Del Mar. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and all the major sites we wanted to visit. Angelica was a great host. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego!

The perfect beach condo for our family of 4 (ages 20 to 55). The condo was equipped with everything we needed for either a beach day or a day at the condo. Loved having access to tennis rackets and beach chairs and towels! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Angelica was warm and friendly and eager to help. We loved our stay and would re-book in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay

We stayed at the home for a week over spring break. The location was fantastic and within 20 minutes of everything we did. We were traveling with two teenagers, and the separate space was great. HOME was as pictured, and communication with Matt was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

We had such a great time here! This house is very clean and well stocked. The manager is very helpful and accommodating. It is in a great location! Easy walk to the beach, nice community park and pool/hot tub. There is so much to do!

Amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to be able to park in the garage. Walking down to the local coffee shop was a highlight! The host was very easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back!

Another great time in SoCal!

Loved our time in Del Mar. Property is centrally located and convenient to the beaches. Host was always available and helpful. Unit is located on a busy street but we enjoyed watching the people, traffic and coastal train. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay for Beach Vacation

Our family stayed for a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and in Del Mar and San Diego. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and had all the beach toys and tools we needed to have fun with a quick walk to the beach! Easy to get to everything, and we particularly enjoyed sunset views, hearing the ocean from the deck, and walks to Torrey Pines. We'll be back for sure!! Recommend highly for family vacations!

Perfect location for us.

This was one of our favorite stays ever. We loved being able to walk to the beach and great areas for running. Having 4 separate beds was very convenient for us. The place was well-appointed with great beach chairs and toys, well-stocked kitchen, and many nice conveniences. Getting to Torrey Pines golf course was a quick drive or Uber and there is even a bus that goes straight there. We definitely hope to stay again soon.
