Everything was as listed! The Condo had Everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. It also had plenty of beach towels and board games as an added bonus. Katie was quick to respond for anything we had questions about. Can't wait to come back!

We are family of three ( husband, me and 3 years old daughter) have 10 days enjoy the Panama City Beach in this condo. Feels like home there,so lovely, everything what you need is there. Everything is designed with style. Kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer is inside. We didn't use the beach chairs, but they are available. Very beautiful balcony with an ocean view and sunset! Nice pool with Grill bar near pool. The owner was very kind and helpful. She is a very sweet personality!!! I recommend this condo for a family or a group of people.

Family vacation

Great trip. Long Beach Resort has been a family favorite for over 20 years. This fully renovated condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family.

Wonder Views

The condo was beautiful and clean. The sunset views over the beach were amazing. Katie checked in to see if we needed anything and was very helpful. I would recommend this condo to others. We had a wonderful time.

Fabulous Experience!!

Condo was great! Just like the listing. The owner was very kind and personable, checking in with us frequently to see how things were going and if we needed anything. No issues along the way. GREAT place to stay. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Beautiful location & access to the beach

The unit had good space for the five of us. Beautiful location with a short elevator ride to the beach. We had a few issues initially but Katie was easy to reach and did her best to take care of everything ASAP. She kept in touch throughout our stay to be sure we were happy.

We had the best time here. And Katie was the best! She kept in contact all week and was there available for any questions or needs. Would for sure stay again! She was the best host I have ever encountered!! 10 plus stars!!!!!!

Wonderful vacation!

This was our 2nd time staying in the same condo and working with Katie. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Whenever I reached out to her, the response and resolution was extremely quick, The condo is beautiful and spacious, and the balcony is the best! The entire family was pleased with the accommodations, and I would recommend both the condo and the owner.

Christmas vacation

The unit had great views. And it was clean. Easy to get hold of owners. Only problem we had was almost every time we went to back deck someone near us was smoking pot for the whole week. It was hard to stay out there and smell skunk. Which was a shame because it had a nice view.

Exactly as pictured!

I absolutely loved this property! Katie is so sweet and amazing at keeping in touch with you while staying there. She had maintenance fix any issues we had during our stay. The only thing I didn't like is really minor issues. The curtains are the pleat type & hung with the pin hooks & we couldn't get some to open or close & one had one pair was missing some pin hooks. Couldn't close one side of curtains bc it was broke. Afraid we would make it worse. The TV in the spare king room is very small and only one of the remotes worked, but is finicky. These were very minor issues to me & didn't impact my stay at all, but could be quick fixes. Kitchen is really well stocked with eating and cooking kitchen essentials plus some. Stocked with family games and beach toys, umbrella etc. Two beach rental chairs were included, but you need to bring your own foldable beach chairs bc there was only one and it was somewhat rusted. We enjoyed our stay so much that this condo will be at the top of our list from now on. Thank you again Katie for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was the second time staying in this condo. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 7 and the pack-n-play was a great extra for our 9 month old granddaughter. Katie, the host, is absolutely amazing and checked in on us throughout the week. Beach view is awesome from all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had all the extras that we needed, even plastic bowls for food storage which a lot of other condos are missing. The condo was definitely home away from home and we will be back!

Worthy of 5 star rating

Everything was just as shown and stated in the listing. This was our 2nd stay at Long Beach Resort. Last year was a 2 bedroom from another owner, and although it was nice, it was not the cleanest. But we loved the resort itself and took another chance. This 3 BDRM that we rented this year from Katie was exactly what it says it was and was extremely clean and well kept. Katie was a pleasure to work with and made our stay incredible. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Excellent host, excellent condo

This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The photos of the condo/property are very accurate. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Even though it's on the 11th floor, the beach access was only steps away from the elevator. No check- in at front desk and parking passes and arm bands were in the room. Now on to the host....Katie was excellent! She checked in on us several times to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. She was always a text away. Thank you Katie : ) We will definitely be back!
