Bella casa 3 letto in Wailua Rise Estates a Kapaa, Kauai ($ 199 per quattro)

the comment that people show up at all hours is so so wrong! our local mechanic came twice to get my car,,, took it and serviced it and then returned it. A close friend had company and I let her take the toyota to borrow and she had to go into garage to get the key twice.... the guest called me even when someone made a u turn in our driveway,,, he called me saying " there is a tesla that just pulled up the driveway and then backed out" I said I had no idea, that most likely someone used our drive to back out and make a u turn or something. my housekeeper took the other car just to keep it moving and brought it back a few days later,,, we do NOT run a car rental business . His comment about the stove inside being dirty was true! I called the housekeeper and she said it is rarely used ( people do not like heat on for baking ) and she apologized for not checking it.... so that was true. The noise comments.... check all our other reviews... the house is very quiet.... on friday nights there can be motorcycles going up the hill on the side street,,, but it is just weekend kids I think. Our tvs in bedroom are smart tv's so not sure why he described them that way.... on big tv we have a label on the back of remote explaining how to use. Only the center burner of the stove needs a lighter to start... all other burners work. The condition they left the house in was so so dirty that my housekeeper called me saying she needed to call a helper in so she could finish. The guest emailed me saying they left the house nice... they did do the towels and beds but the place in my awesome housekeepers words were " omg,,, the kitchen is filthy",, The man who wrote this is in his 80's so maybe being older made them more nervous about the 3 times someone came to get the cars,,, i told him ahead of time as well saying " you might see someone coming up driveway to get my car but don't be alarmed, its someone we know" They rented the house for two months about ... so having a few people stop by to get in our garage should not be a big deal but I guess to them it was. We did not charge him for the extra cleaning that we had to pay our housekeepers helper that came up. We also had to get a plumber after they left.. he found a bar of soap had been flushed down the tolit... another expense for us. All our reviews have been very positive except this one and so we wanted to address his complaints.
