This condo is perfection. Great beach view. Has all the amenities. It’s very clean. The owners are quick to communicate. I have been coming to NSB for years and this condo has been my favorite!

We had an amazing time! My family has been coming to the pelican for over 20 years and we loved staying in this condo this year! It is clean, cozy, and was stocked with all the essentials for a beach trip which was so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time on our family vacation! The condo was comfortable and we felt right at home!! Communication with the owner was smooth and easy if we had any questions!! Book it unless it’s the week I’m going to be there!!!

As for the condo itself—it is even better than the pictures! It is spotless, beautifully remodeled, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. You can tell how much thought and care went into making this place feel like home.We loved sitting on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise and made so many special memories here. I’ve been coming to the beach for years and have stayed in many different places, and this has easily been my favorite condo.Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. Between the beautiful, thoughtfully equipped condo, the perfect location in New Smyrna Beach, and an owner who goes above and beyond with genuine kindness, she is truly in a league of her own. We are so grateful for our time here and hope to return for many more memories!

My family stayed in this unit for the first time for our annual trip to New Smyrna Beach. We have been staying at The Pelican for 16 years and have stayed in many of the condos onsite. This condo was the best! It was clean, organized, and the location was great! The condo had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed most of our time by the pool and the beach. We love having the pools right on the beach like The Pelican does. The host was wonderful! Very responsive, and really cared about making our stay top notch. We hope to continue to stay in this unit for years to come! We found a gem!

Absolute Perfection – Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!We just spent a full month at this beautiful condo and truly wish we could have stayed longer! The property itself completely surpassed our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed and more for a long-term stay. The ocean views are stunning!The location provided the perfect beach escape. Beyond the condo itself, we loved having so many fantastic restaurant and shopping options nearby. To top it all off, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. We cannot wait to return!

This vacation rental has everything you need to make your beach vacation wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach view, comfy mattresses, plenty of beach chairs/items and very clean and updated throughout. The owners are so thoughtful when it comes to making sure their guests have everything. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely will rebook with them. This condo had all the boxes checked!!! The resort keeps the pools and pool area clean!

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed staying at SeaGlass! Jan was very good at communicating and had plenty of amenities to use in her condo. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views! The pool was a great amenity.

Wonderful!

This is a great option for a family of four. Great space for us all to enjoy along with the ocean view! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful about making our stay most enjoyable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay!

Excellent location, private with gated pool with beach access. Condo has everything you can think of for your family fun vacation. Great restaurant and shopping. So much to do or just relax.

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Amazing Experience

Great Stay at the Seaglass!

Jan an Chad have a beautifully appointed and clean condo. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and felt like we were at home which made our 2 week stay that much more enjoyable. We live for the sun, ocean and beach and weren't disappointed. As an all around vacation spot, this is it!

Fabulous Return Stay

Our family loves this condo. It is very clean and there are so many things that were supplied for our stay at our fingertips. The pool and the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean. Jan is an absolute delight to deal with.
