Questa casa è a pochi minuti da tutti e 6 i parcheggi di DuPont State Forests. È anche una delle proprietà in affitto più vicine al Fred W. Cappella Symmes "PRETTY PLACE", a soli 7 miglia di distanza. È un posto perfetto dove stare quando partecipi a un matrimonio lì o semplicemente salendo nel pomeriggio per vedere la vista dalla Croce.

DuPont State Forest è il sogno di un amante della vita all'aria aperta con molte cascate tra cui: Hooker Falls, High Falls, Triple Falls, Grassy Creek Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Wintergreen Falls e altro. Ha 86 miglia di sentieri escursionistici / in bicicletta / a cavallo su oltre 10.000 acri. Dupont è una delle principali destinazioni per mountain bike nel sud-est.

La casa ha un ampio parcheggio per 3-4 auto, un bel portico per guardare le stelle di notte e un grande ponte sul retro per uscire con la famiglia e cucinare sulla griglia a gas. La cucina è aperta con nuovi ripiani, armadi appena rifiniti pieni di nuovi piatti, pentole, padelle e molto spazio per sistemare i pasti. C'è un sacco di posti a sedere ovunque per rilassanti, pavimenti in legno massello in tutta la casa, bagni nuovi e infissi. I divani, 3 letti, asciugamani, lenzuola, lavatrice e asciugatrice sono tutti nuovi. C'è un 55 "Vizio Smart TV nel soggiorno e un 32" Vizio TV nella camera matrimoniale, entrambi con Direct TV. La casa ha 2 camini interni e un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile anteriore.

This was my second stay here for a mountain biking weekend. Great location, obviously closer to DuPont trails but that being said, it’s only 20 minutes to pisgah trails. Very comfortable and clean house with everything you need. Excellent communion with the owners. Covered parking in front of the house and a storage room attached to the home for bike and gear security/storage. We look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We liked the peaceful atmosphere, but home is close to the road. We would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway close to trails and the Pretty Place.

Great Stay - As Always

This is our 3rd stay at this property and we absolutely LOVE it here. Great location close to DuPont with a big family room/kitchen for cooking great meals. We've already booked our next stay here!

Love this place

This was my third time staying at this property, I absolutely love it. It’s location to the DuPont Forest and the Pisgah Forest is perfect, so many waterfalls and places to hike. Peace, quiet and tranquility abound, and the neighboring town of Brevard has everything you could need.

Wonderful time

The property was very nice and quiet. It met all of our needs. Great location for hiking and biking. Close to Jeter Mtn for Apple picking season and to Brevard for the Annual White Squirrel Festival.

Perfect location

We were there for a wedding at Pretty Place Chapel. The location of this house was so perfect for all our activities. The house is just as described plus more. You will love the backyard!

Anniversary trip!

Very nice property! We loved the convenience of where the property was located. Less than 10 minutes to beautiful waterfalls. 15-20 minutes to fine dining. Would recommend highly, my wife is already planning a trip back staying at the same property.

Place of Peace

The place of serenity!! The bear trail walk right outside of this place was beautifully organized. The house had everything I needed, even down to the seasoning for my food, it was such a cozy and peaceful place to be. I will definitely rent again and add it to my travel business, must go ideals.

We've vacationed all over using VRBO for many years and always found ourselves coming back to the mountains, staying near Hendersonville, Brevard and DuPont State Forest. We love to mountain bike the trails, hike to the waterfalls and swim in Fawn Lake. We were actually biking in DuPont when they were filming The Hunger Games.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Location, Location, Location. As soon as we saw the house was for sale, we knew we wanted to be here, close to DuPont State Forest. It is the most convenient house to all the DuPont parking lots. We can bike early, hike later and swim in Fawn Lake in the afternoon. Then come home and sit outside by the campfire while supper is prepared on the back deck.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Staying here, you can get to any of the parking lots in the park in minutes. You can get there early, go home for lunch and back in the afternoon if you like. It's like having the whole place in your backyard. Plus the Cedar Mountain Café is only 200 yards away for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
