The 314 unit is a 1 bedroom condo, not a studio. It has a full living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Right when you enter the condo, you walk into the separate bedroom. A studio unit would have the living room and bedroom in one room together. We hope to host you again soon! The owners of the 314 unit have thoughtfully planned out the design. They are planning on doing a little bit more in terms of remodeling and design as well. They also own the 310 unit at Hale Kai O'Kihei which is fully remodeled with very modern design and art. They will be so happy to hear of your positive comments on the unit.
