Great location, pool and beach right outside your door!Clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Host was always available to call or text and she responded very quickly. Would stay here again!

The view was just as the pictures portrayed. Beautiful view from the balcony. We spent all of our time at the beach, but we did walk to the pool and it looked very nice!

What a great place to stay. It was actually better than what the pictures show. Many extras (toiletries, beach toys, towels ect.) were a big bonus. We had one issue with the a/c but Judy was awesome and fixed it for us immediately. Very spacious for a large family. 100% would stay there again.

This was an amazing property and I would not stay anywhere else on St. Thomas. First of all, I think it’s important to explain that this condo is right on the beach. There’s a grassy area between you and the beach and the water, but that’s it. It’s as close as you can get. For that reason alone, I highly recommend this condo. The pictures do not show how close it is. But the greatness doesn’t end there… The host, Judi, has this place dialed. Awesome seating in the living room and dining room. You have tons of towels, which when you are traveling with a large family or a large group, this is so important. We were not forced to do laundry even one time. On a couple of occasions we cooked, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything about this condo is dialed, it’s beautiful, it’s right on the beach, the balcony is large and well furnished, the air conditioning works awesome…. This place was just perfect in a perfect location. Walk to two restaurants and the pool, and right down the stairs is this beautiful beach and water. We did what everyone should do… Sat under a palm tree on the beach for hours. We rented a sea kayak. It was dreamy! I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Super close to the beach and pool. We love the area all around it is so quiet and relaxing at Cowpet Bay West yet so close the ferry to St John and Red Hook. There are some cats roaming around they are very friendly. It is nice having an option of two restaurants at the property. The included parking spot is very convenient to the condo for ease of unloading and loading up. The amenities inside are very nice they include such things as coffee (two options Keurig or drip), hair dryer, a couple of cooler sizes some pool noodles and various beach toys. Super comfortable bed. Ceiling fans in each room are very nice as well. All the towels you could need. We will stay here again.

We loved the condo and amenities. Condo was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and ferry to St. John. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely book again!

Great Family Vacation

Amazing family vacation for all ages, including toddler, adults, and grandparents. Location was perfect. Stunning view. Beach toys were a huge bonus for our kids. Would 100% go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Property with a View

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The condo was updated, nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were also steps away from the beach and enjoyed the view from the balcony. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Excellent getaway

We enjoyed this wonderful villa so much! Beautiful location and quiet area! Perfect for a family or just a group of friends who love to share stories, a good read and a lazy day in the sand. Judi is a wonderful host.

Superb Proprty and Location

Simply perfect. Spacious property with a bath per BR making it convenient for a large family or multiple guests. Adjacent to many great restaurants. I highly recommend.

Loved out stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! This was our first to St. Thomas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo was one of the best locations in the community! Just a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurants. Condo was sufficiently supplied with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely book again!

Nice location. Condo very comfortable. Was concerned about seaweed on beach when we first got there but this property did an amazing job cleaning it up every morning.

Overall great place! Owner had ample towels and even toys/snorkel gear for kiddos to play on beach. The front door was a bit scary and I didn’t like the code to get in/out. But the property was safe/clean, pool was nice, beach was gorgeous!!!! Red Hook town nearby was pretty nice too!

Beautiful beach/ocean view and quiet

The view from the porch is beautiful. Lots of palm trees and the beach is never crowded. Plenty of chairs and shade available if you want it. The beds are comfortable and it’s so quiet in the condo. We loved the location and happy with the condo. Would stay there again and they are very responsive to needs. Enjoyed it!

Amazing Family Vacation

From start to finish the communication with Judy was quick and easy. Her condo was perfect for my family of 5. There were bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The location is wonderful, just a few steps to the beach. We had the best EVER family vacation!

Great vacation

Location is awesome and condo has Keurig. Need to up update amenities. Keurig was not listed. Plenty of towels and beach towels.

Celebrate Birthday

We had a wonderful time. The place is very central to everything. 30 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the ferry to go to St. John. We stay at a beach area and had pool access. Near restaurants as well. The place was clean and had all the necessary supplies. We will stay again. 😊
