Seaview Villa was an amazing property. Beds were comfortable and each has its own bathroom which was a plus. The kitchen has everything you need even basic spices were provided. Can’t say enough about the amazing views from the deck . It was where we sat each night at sunset. The pool was a nice touch to help cool us off. Rand was a perfect host.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was perfect for our family of seven. The kids and adults had plenty of space to spread out to gather and retreat to their private spaces. The hosts communication was great and the amenities they facilitated like a driver a chef made our stay seem less and enjoyable. I cannot recommend booking here and we will be back !

We had a lovely stay! The house setup worked perfect for our group and had such beautiful views! The only downside was one of the rooms had a queen bed instead of a king.

The Seaview Villa was a great place to stay at. There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our group. We had plenty of space in the kitchen/living area to gather. The bedrooms are pleasantly big with their own full size bathrooms. The views were spectacular. The pool was a nice addition to have as the kids lived in it when weren’t gone. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful house, the view was spectacular, each of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms plus a half bath, kitchen had every appliance needed. Pool was great heated which was nice. All different sizes of coolers and great beach chairs. House did not have beach towels so we bought 4 and left them. No complaints. Great time on a beautiful island.

Hi Becky, So glad you had a great trip to St. Thomas and enjoyed your stay at the villa. Really appreciate your great review and leaving the villa so clean when you checked out. You are welcome back any time! About the beach towels, they are located in the tall cabinet where the coolers and beach chairs are located. Wished you had sent a message and we could have let you know the location of them. Thank you for leaving the towels and also your tip for the cleaning crew, they were super happy about that. Thank you, Rand

We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the patio area. The views were great! We also enjoyed the privacy of all of the sleeping areas. Having Curlson meet us to show us to the house and give us a welcome tour was very helpful. We appreciated our communication with the host prior ro our arrival as well. The Seaview Villa was more than fantastic. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The living space/kitchen was open concept with the kitchen having all the items needed for cooking and dining. The open deck and pool were our favorite part of the house. Plenty of room for 8 guests with sun and shade areas. The pool was warm and clean and just right after a day at the beach. The view 10/10. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere, just book this beautiful home
