We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the foosball table. The owner had temporarily removed the table for repairs, and unfortunately, we were not aware of the change at the time of your stay. Anytime we are made aware that an advertised amenity is unavailable or has been changed, we make it a priority to notify our guests immediately. We regret that this information did not reach us so that we could have communicated it to you before your arrival. We also appreciate you bringing the bedding concerns to our attention. Clean, comfortable accommodations are very important to us, and we will have our housekeeping team review the bedding in the home. Regarding the river access, we appreciate your feedback. The listing does indicate that the river access is separate from the home and requires a short drive, but we understand that guests may have different expectations about the distance. There is also ample parking at the community river access area. We’re very happy to hear that, despite these concerns, your family had a great time and enjoyed the home. The owners have also updated many of their linens since your stay. Our standard for cleanliness is very high and what you describe does not meet out standards. We regret that we were not able to correct these issues during your stay as they were not reported to our office. Due to CDC guidelines for Vacations Rentals we are placing bagged sanitized linens on the beds.
