The riverside cabin property was excellent. As a return guest, I love being right on the river, the spacious deck/patio for relaxing with coffee or grilling out dinner on the blackstone. The property is only 15 minutes from town and the check-in process was extremely easy.Inside the cabin has everything you need from kitchen utensils and cookware, expansive seating, and TV with soundbar for entertainment.I would recommend anyone looking for a riverside property with great amenities to stay here.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs, taking walks, and enjoying the hot tub.

We had a great time with family. Plenty of space for everyone. I love the extra little touches that made the cabin feel like home. Debbie and Al were great and very responsive when we had questions as well.

The riverside cabin was an excellent place to stay! We had a small group and really enjoyed everything about the house, from the location on the river, to the very nice hot tub and outside setting with plenty of table space, chairs, and speakers.It's noticeable the owners really care for and enjoy spending time at this house, i would fully recommend it for anyone's West Jefferson area stay.

This is a must book! Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, the hosts were cordial and attentive. This cabin has everything you need to relax in any season. The location is convenient with plenty of small town charm just down the road. If you’re thinking about booking it, do it!

Great property. This was our second visit. My only complaints are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and all of the pots and pans are old and the coatings are scratched terribly.

Excellent stay

Relaxing porch and hot tub, lots of perks like tubes for the river, a smore pit, a high quality grill, a hammock, easy check in and check out, great wifi, surround sound speakers, convenient to stores yet rural and private. We'd love to visit again.

Great property!

Property was very private and had a large grassy area by the river that the kids could play on. House was nicely stocked and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED + LOCATION

House has everything a large family could need... great location into town to see cheese factory plus river tubing. Core memories were made here with cousins to celebrate a 9th birthday.

Family Vacation for Foster Family

We had an absolute blast touring the surrounding areas, going snow tubing, ice skating and just relaxing on property. Our foster girls have never seen snow before, so this trip was filled with new memories.

Christmas Vacation

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time spending the Christmas holidays at this cabin. The host was fabulous with communication and check in/out was super easy. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location!

This home is located just a 15-minute drive from Jefferson, NC. What a quiet spot, right on the north fork of the New River, with awesome stargazing and deer watching. Direct access to the river made our trip so fun! The house was clean and cozy, with everything we needed.

Everything we were looking for

From beginning to end an enjoyable experience. Cabin was exactly as described, clean and well stocked with the necessities. Steps from the river for tubing and fishing. 10 minutes from downtown W Jefferson, yet felt secluded, couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend.
