We come back to this house again and again. Perfect place to relax and watch the waves from the deck. The screened-in porch is great for staying in the shade. I recommend the sunset cruise on the Delaware Bay from Lewes. Monica is wonderful to deal with.

My husband and I went for a long weekend with my two teens and 22 month old. It was a perfect set up, the screened in porch and gated deck was awesome for us and feeling safe. We got to walk right on to the beach and its not crowded. Perfect if you want a quiet break from home. We were so happy to wake up early and see the beautiful sunrise also!

We had a wonderful week at The Blue Pearl. House was very clean and just as described. The view was fabulous and we especially enjoyed watching the commercial marine traffic way out in the Bay and the comings and goings of the Cape May Ferry. So easy to get to the beach right through the dunes. Broadkill Beach is a quiet and beautiful setting to enjoy nature (we saw the fox!) and just relax. We look forward to coming back to The Blue Pearl!

Nice house with great beach access. Beautiful dune and ocean views. Host reached out to check on us after arrival. Not much to complain about except the flies that would come and go in bunches outside and bite. We did see a fox on the dunes and dolphins out in the bay. Lot’s of birds, extremely relaxing!!

The Blue Pearl is a lovely, cozy beach cottage with a stunning view of sunrise over the Delaware Bay from an expansive wrap-around deck. A screened-in porch on the south side gives access to the outdoor ocean-facing deck as well as the main entry to the house, and is a pleasant, breezy place to sit for a while. Nicely equipped kitchen, laundry closet, and 1.5 bathrooms and comfortable living room and bedrooms. Only one flight of stairs from the driveway to the main entry made arrival/departure loading and unloading relatively easy. The host provided all necessary info and was very responsive to inquiries during our stay. Highly recommend.

We really enjoy our stay, the view is great very relaxing. We like walking on the beach and it’s very convenient for people to come and go to the beach since it’s right there.
