Tremeer | Dog Friendly Detached Bungalow, Enclosed Garden, Near Beach

Tremeer is a modern, single-storey detached property, comfortably furnished and ideally located within walking distance of the beach. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the layout is bright and airy with contemporary open-plan living spaces that make it easy to unwind together after a day by the sea.
The property offers two well-proportioned bedrooms. The main bedroom sits at the front of the house with a super king-size bed, while the second bedroom overlooks the garden and features twin 2' 3" single beds that can be linked to form a kingsize. A modern bathroom completes the accommodation, with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
To the right-hand side of the property is a spacious open-plan living area, combining a comfortable lounge with TV, dining space and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays just as easy as short breaks.
Outside, Tremeer boasts a large, fully enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, with views towards Winterton Lighthouse. Off-road parking for two to three cars is available at the front of the property, and warm and cold outdoor taps are provided to rinse sandy boots and muddy paws after beach walks.
Tremeer welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used.

Amazing bungalow

This is the best pet friendly bungalow that we have stayed in , the garden was great for the 3 dogs , different sections of seating so we had all our meals outside. The place was well equipped with all you need , very nice welcome pack , the rooms are very spacious and light , the beds were so comfortable . Only a 10 minute walk to the beach , and a great fish and chip shop in the village, can’t wait to go back again

Brilliant stay

Great location, spotlessly clean, so quiet, lovely hosts, fabulous garden for the 4 dogs. 10 minute walk to the Dunes which were really good even after the 3 days of rain .

Lovely short stay

Booked here at short notice as our original booking became unavailable. It's a lovely open plan spacious bungalow with an easy garden ideal for dogs. Had a very nice stay and made the most of the changeable weather. Only improvement I can suggest is a coffee machine, we brought our own Nespresso machine as there was no mention of one but other than that everything else you need is provided. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect bungalow with sun trap garden

Situated just on the edge of the village but within 5 minutes of the pub, shop, chip shop and cafe. Another few minutes and you’re on the beach. Very modern and clean. We stayed in May 2026 and have booked the same property for next year as we loved it so much.

Fabulous Accommodation

Perfect stay

Winterton is one of our favourite places to relax and Tremeer was the perfect place to help us do that. From the text to say we could occupy the property earlier than stated, the comfortable facilities and lovely garden for our pooch / humans to chill in. Such a comfortable holiday cottage

We were so pleased with our stay at Tremeer, the property looks lovely from the outside and just as good inside. The rooms are very spacious, a well fitted kitchen, the main bedroom is large and the super king size bed very comfy. The garden is surprisingly large for a holiday home, great for dogs especially as it totally enclosed. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking forward to going back.

We loved staying at this holiday let. It is well-equipped, super clean and beautifully decorated. Dog-friendly with a lovely enclosed garden. A perfect stay for us and our dogs

We loved our stay in Winterton on Sea. It’s a small village with a few shops, tea rooms and fish and chips. The bungalow is very comfortable with plenty of room. The garden is secure which was great for letting our dogs out between walks. So many walks from the door too. The dunes are spectacular I thoroughly recommend a visit.

Superb cottage and location

Booked Tremeer for a post Christmas break. Our first visit to Winterton on Sea after many years visiting Norfolk. Tremeer is a beautiful property, spotlessly clean with great parking and a large safe and secure garden for our dog. Great communication with the property owners who allowed us an early check in. We will definitely return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great break

Great bunglow in a peaceful village. Its a real home from home with everything you need for a relaxing break, comfey beds and sofa and a well equiped kitchen. The garden is perfect for the four legged ones to run around in, and the welcome gifts give a lovely start to your break. The near by dunes and beach give a good choice of walks near by so you dont have to go far to have your own space. Nice chip shop, pub, tea room in the village as well as a small local shop. Great place to stay in a wonderful quite villege.

Stunning house

We’ve stayed in winterton-on-sea for a few years now in different homes but tremeer was by far the best one so far. It had everything you could ask for location, close to the beach and shops. The garden was amazing my little cockapoo Luna loves all the space, nice and quiet even with the main road at the front. We had a issue with the washing machine and Amanda the owner was on it straight away with getting us a new one the day after,the house was nice and clean with everything in it you would need. We would love to stay again it was perfect.

very good property

very comfortable..Has everything one needs.Very good kitchen area and comfortable lounge. 2 decent sized bedrooms. .Good location as only 8 min walk to beach. Best feature is huge garden and 2 excellent sitting areas. Given the hot weather the garden was so great to sit in once the sun had passed over. V very good welcome pack. The property was very clean. Thanks you. I shall certainly book again

Long weekend at Tremeer

We booked Tremeer last minute and what a good decision it was! It was like home from home. A welcoming message, in addition to a basket of treats for humans and our pups were in place for our arrival. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The garden was loved by the dogs as were the walks along the beach. Came back home (reluctantly) relaxed and refreshed. We will be back :) …

Lovely Bungalow and Amazing Garden

We really enjoyed our stay at Tremeer, the bungalow is lovely, tastefully decorated and has the most amazing garden which our dogs loved. It’s very quiet despite being on the main road through the village. Amanda was quick to respond to queries and very helpful. One thing we found the security lighting a bit bright in the bedroom at night and would have preferred for that to be switched off when the property was occupied, it lit the bedroom up quite a lot until the early hours. We didn’t raise it as it asked in the welcome book it be left alone. Lovely driveway for parking and around a 15min walk to the beach so a good location too. We would stay again and would recommend.
