WowHome is the best adjective! Designed for family but, quiet space for us grandparent types.The kitchen was constructed completely cook friendly workable. Our family will plan years ahead to stay here again!

It was our first time in Truckee, and we absolutely loved it! The location and the house were stunning and perfect for our family of five adults and two kids under 7. We especially enjoyed snowshoeing at the Glacier Trailhead, which was just a 5-minute walk up the hill such a convenient and beautiful experience.Woutje was a fantastic host..very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily return!

What stood out? Getting on the mountain by walking out the back door of course! We also loved the house and really appreciated the host's responsiveness and help.

Great place to stay! Woutje was prompt, responsive and helpful with answering questions (though I did not have many questions, as the details and information she provides are clear and thorough). The house is beautiful and well-kept, and it has all the kitchen items and tools you would need. My family and I enjoy skiing, and it was great to have access to the "Mile Run" trail of Tahoe-Donner ski resort, directly from their backyard (about 100 yards straight from the back of the house). Thank you for a wonderful stay -- we would definitely stay here again!

Charming Log Cabin

This is such a lovely, charming cabin and the location was beautiful. The cabin really added to the enjoyment of our stay in Tahoe. We plan to return.

Another perfect stay

This was our second year renting the cabin and it was perfect again! Clean, cozy and beautiful views out every window. Host was very communicative and helpful at every step! We will be back next year

Weekend getaway

Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The house has everything you need and more! We ended up staying in and cooking all our meals because we loved the kitchen so much. I highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon!

Great Tahoe Donner Home

Beautiful home in a great Tahoe setting. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving family time here and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The whole place was comfortable and perfect for gathering as a family. Communication with the host was perfect and everything was just as described. I highly recommend this place.

We were in the area for a wedding. The house was very comfortable and as listed in the vrbo description. Instructions were clear and property manager was very responsive. If I return to the area would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful log house

We loved our stay at this place this summer. The house is impeccably styled, furnished with great taste and much love. We wanted to stay in a place a little out of the busy areas and found this peaceful place up on "Skislope". Woutje was always helpful and responsive throughout the process. We would definitely recommend this place.
