We had our heat company look at the heat unit, which was just installed in the fall, and make an adjustment. It is working fine now. The telephone just needed to be put on the charger. So glad that you guys enjoyed your stay! We would love to have you back next time you are visiting the Great Smoky Mountains!

Thank you so much for leaving your thoughts on our cabin. We will look at the kitchen utensils and see if we need to leave any more. Our paperwork states that we do not supply spices. It has been our experience, especially since COVID, that guests do not like opened packages in the kitchen as you never know if someone has messed with something that you could ingest. We have even had guests complain about opened sugar, etc. We do usually have salt, pepper, coffee filters. In the winter, water coming out of the spigot is around 45 degrees. It takes a while to warm up from that temperature.

This cabin is NOT listed in Pigeon Forge. It is listed in Townsend and is between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. You must read when you book to be sure that you get what you want. The address is shared immediately when someone books so no excuse for not knowing where you are staying before you arrive. The cabin is a cabin and is not perfect but is definitely not in disrepair. Please read other reviews to get a more accurate review of the property.

We do want to let you know that we have been able to get internet with Comcast now (been trying for YEARS) and our internet is very fast now. Up to 10 devices can connect and we can even stream movies now!! Come back and visit again!!

Thank you for staying with Smoky Cabins at Majestic Hollow. We are so happy that your family enjoyed your stay with us. We have already replaced the broken blind on the door and the one in the bathroom that you reported as broken was not. It just need to have the wand turned. There are 3 TV's at this cabin which seems adequate. The leaves have been removed and the various trees around the driveway have been trimmed. We could not find a door that was hard to open but we will definitely keep that in mind. Thanks again for staying with us and reporting these issues as it is our goal to always reach a 5 star review.
