Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed this Beachwalk Villa. There was plenty of space and the villa was well-stocked with standard kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and we felt well-rested. The final plusses were the proximity to the pool and the beach. Both were a real convenience.

Loved our trip

We absolutely loved our trip to Destin and loved the accessibility to everything with our golf cart. A huge shout out to Nicole who is incredibly helpful through our entire process and helping us with some of our corks along the way. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. Worked for us

We needed a place to stay close to my dad's condo. It is fairly basic and could use some updating. But it was very clean which is my first priority.

Great location for our trip

We had a mix of adults and teenagers on our trip and it worked equally well for all of us. It was walking distance to the beach, close to Baytowne Wharf and the shops nearby. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. It’s not super updated but it was nice and worked well. We also loved the back patio by the water and being right across the pond from the pool too. We used to stay in these condos back in the 90’s and they are still in good condition after all this time.

Great vacation property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and well cared for. The premises are clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make for management is to trim the trees and bushes around the patio and provide more comfortable and newer patio furniture so that area can be better used by guests. The property management team is top-notch.

Hello Mr Humes! We thank you for the very kind feedback! We will communicate with the Beachwalk Owners Association about tree limb and bush trimming near the patio. The Property Manager has been made aware of the patio furniture and will address this with the owner. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again very soon! Kindly, Platinum Vacations of Destin

The property met our needs. A bit of updating is needed—the guest bedroom needs blinds or blackout curtains and the living room furniture is worn.

A perfect vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! It was very clean, plenty of room & very close to pool & beach. We didn’t use shuttle & just drove our vehicle to parking at beach which is very close but too far to walk hauling icechest & chairs. The scenery was beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Only downfall was no golf cart which would have been very useful.

Excellent Value, Enjoyed Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had a great trip. The one hiccup was that the listing indicated there was a grill, so we brought a lot of food to grill but upon arrival there was not one. We were given a $50 refund for the trouble but wasted about $125-$150 in food so not ideal. Also, there are no frills here. No salt and pepper. No olive oil. Nothing. So if you plan to cook in the unit you need to bring it all.
