Property was amazing! Very clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our stay so much and will rent again for sure. We’ve stayed at so many places in the Sandestin resort and this was one of our favorite places! We loved it!! Good central location too! Nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need! Bed extremely comfortable. Loved the way the master closet was laid out. Lots of room for all your stuff ladies!

Great place to stay!

This was a great, quiet location close enough to anything else we wanted to do. Golf cart was the perfect added bonus to get us around the resort and to the beach.

We rent at Sandestin resort several times per year. This condo was just right for a girl's trip/16th birthday for my daughter, her best friend, and I. The central location, beautiful views, and condo amenities were perfect. The pools were beautiful, access the the beach via golf cart was easy, and shopping at Baytowne was fun. Would recommend!

This property is a gem. Beautiful views, tastefully decorated and spacious. Very quiet, beds comfortable and great Kitchen equipment. Loved going to the beach, pool and village with the modern provided golf cart and having coffee overlooking the marsh and bay (Yacht Club). Renter was wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations which were high. Sandestin Resort is a special place that we frequent often. 10 out 10 for sure--we'll be back!! Property is on the second floor and has steep stairs for entry--no worries if you're in good health!

McCormick Vacation

Best resort in Destin! And the house was nice and clean. The golf cart was a lot of fun and super handy to get to the beach and Baytown Warf, and fishing easily.

Great Place!!

We all agree that this was a fantastic place to stay. Location is perfect. Amenities were more than sufficient. We loved having access to the golf cart. We have been searching for a location and vacation rental that works for our family for the past 8 years since moving to the south. We will definitely be back.

The perfect location

The townhouse and location are both absolutely perfect! You’re so close to everything you could walk but you don’t have to because the golf cart is available for use. We hopped in and explored every day. We could easily get to the beach and to restaurants. We had an amazing experience!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay and it was in a great location within walking distance to our favorite pool. We had one issue with the golf cart which was corrected and management was prompt to getting a replacement in a timely manner. The house was well kept and would stay again! Thank you!

Fabulous Property

This was one of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean and had wonderful amenities. Very comfortable. The area was great for walking and bird watching. We took an Uber to and from the airport and used the convenient golf cart to get to the beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. I hope to be able to visit this area again and would want this same condo.
