This property was absolutely outstanding! Everything was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The owner truly thought of every small detail — from the thoughtful amenities to the cozy touches that made it feel like home.We absolutely loved spending time on the decks and relaxing in the hot tub — the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this one easily ranks in our top three. The location was peaceful, the home was perfectly maintained, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.Highly recommend — if ever in the area again we’ll definitely be back!

This gem has it all! Whether a soak in the spacious hot tub under the stars to sitting around the fire table out on 1 of 3 levels of deck & even in the rain as it is covered. Playing a game of ping pong or cornhole in the game-room or one of many board games provided or cooking a meal in the beautiful fully stocked kitchen to just lounging & watching a movie on the big screen. Check In & Out process was simple & communication too-notch. Highly recommend - Don’t hesitate - You won’t disappointed!

This place was amazing!! Beautiful, spacious, clean, modern and a feeling of home all in one. Very relaxing and luxurious! I loved our bed, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!! The awesome showers and jetted tub pampered us in the mornings, and the hot tub melted away our stress at night watching the shooting stars go by. S'more at fire pit were enjoyed by all. Nice supply of games were entertaining for the kids as well. April was a great host and communicated with us anytime we had a question. Loved, loved, loved our stay here!!

Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stone Creek! It's a large cabin and every room was spotless! The beds (and pillows!) were comfy and the central air ran efficiently the whole time....a welcome relief after some hot days exploring the area. The kitchen and game room were fully stocked! We spent quiet mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and nights by the firepit roasting marshmallows! We had one very, very small issue that came up but April responded immediately and the problem was solved! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for a wonderful week in Henryville! We absolutely loved your home! With the 4 bedrooms, it slept 5 of us comfortably. It was so clean, and we saw no bugs at all!! The details in your decor throughout the house were loved by all. We enjoyed the hot tub and time together on the outside decks. Thanks so much! We are hoping to be back sometime soon!

We had a great time at Stone Creek Cabin to see the derby. Location is awesome just outside Louisville and April was super responsive whenever we had questions. 10/10 would stay again.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The home was perfect for our 2 families with 5 children total. We enjoyed the property grounds, hot tub, and spa like showers. The home was exactly as pictured. April was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Friends Weekend Getaway

The cabin was remarkable, beautiful and very clean. It was a perfect setting for a "girls weekend." We had a blast sitting on the deck around the firepit all Saturday afternoon while wine tasting and conversing. I found solace on the front porch early in the morning just taking in all the sounds of nature (birds, owls, stream). Would highly recommend! We are already talking about returning next fall!

Fantastic spring break

Our family had a spectacular stay at the Stone Creek. Our kids (7, 3, 2 yo) had a blast playing pingpong, board games, and hot tub. Place was clean and we felt home. We’ll definitely come back!

We loved having a long weekend in this wonderful cabin. Has everything you need, we really enjoyed the hot tub and having plenty of room to spread out and veg and play games. Ample kitchen with everything we needed.

Incredibly Clean

We were amazed at how clean the cabin is. Floor to ceiling tile and three bathrooms and all were pristine . We had crawlers and the carpets were clean no dirty kneecaps. The host was thoughtful with regard to how the place was furnished and the amenities available. Great place to stay.

Wonderful

Spent Christmas week in cabin with my extended family. It was a wonderful stay, clean, comfortable with plenty of space for the 9 of us. We enjoyed the peace, the stunning deck, and luxury bathrooms. The host was so sweet and quick to respond to and solve any questions we had. We also really appreciated the Christmas decorations, we have been doing Christmas trips for a few years now and this was the first cabin that had a tree up. Really made Christmas feel like Christmas!

Thanksgiving 2024

We arrived to the cabin and we were immediately impressed with the gates and the property. We entered the cabin were pleasantly surprised by the entryway as well as the high ceilings. The house was amazing, enough room for the eleven of us. There was even a Christmas tree that was amazing! The kitchen was great, everything we needed to prepare all our meals and enough room for family to sit and talk while doing so. The games in the garage were fun but the one that we all played for many, many house was the ring on the string. We were up late playing that. We retired to our bedrooms with comfortable beds and slept great. We enjoyed the hot tub even though it was rather windy, but as long as we were all the way in the water we were great. We had four generations under one roof and we had the most amazing time doing Christmas crafts and the annual gingerbread house building competition. We’d all love to go back next year. You can’t miss with this great property. I know I’m leaving out other things, just know you’ll be taken great care of by the host.

Outstanding!

This was our sixth annual reunion of cousins in VRBO cabins in various states and this was our favorite of all! Spacious, luxuriously appointed, private and quiet location. Well suited for the eight of us. We want to gather at Stone Creek Cabin again soon!
