Absolutely stunning views with the large balcony overlooking the ocean, amazing amount of space inside for everyone to be comfortable, very clean, and communication with the property owner/manager was top-notch. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay again!

We had a great time! Everything you could need (beach chairs, appliances,etc.) was there. Very responsive, and clean. Having a panspermia beach view was such a delight!

This trip was one of our best vacations ever! The condo was absolutely wonderful and in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to the shoreline.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, and a closet stocked with beach chairs and other beach essentials. One of our favorite features was the wrap-around patio. We loved sitting outside each morning with our coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean.The condo is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants, Ron Jon Surf Shop, ice cream shops, and plenty of other attractions, giving us endless options for dining and entertainment.Keith was an exceptional host and communicator. He was always responsive, helpful, and available to answer questions we had. The condo was also clean and very well maintained.We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent location. Clean, spacious condo

Great experience. Oceanfront condo with plenty of room for the kids to play. Nice pool and access to the beach. Everything you need in the condo highly recommend.

Fantastic Cocoa Beach stay

Amazing property with gorgeous ocean views! Enjoyed the sight and sounds of the waves every day of our stay! All the beach amenities, close to shopping and restaurants, nice pool, and fantastic beach access. Keith was great to work with as well. Condo was spacious for our family of four and appreciated by all!
