Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood so please respect the neighbors, most live here full time.

Guests have access to all parts of the home except the garage.

Parking is never allowed in the garage.

You are welcome to our beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and bikes located near the laundry room. We just ask you to treat them gently for the next to enjoy.

I am nearby and always available. I believe in the importance of privacy so I will not be coming by unless it’s needed. You will be provided my direct number where you can call or text anytime.

DISCLOSURE:
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.

We do have a CHILD DOOR ALARMS for all doors leading out to the pool. They are remote controlled and can be turned on and off at your preference.

Please be advised that we have a Blink outdoor cameras facing all possible entrances to our property; one by the front door, the second is located on the westside driveway.

Also note that we have regular Maintenance for the Pool and Lawn as long as weather permits.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
We are happy to accommodate up to 8 guests (including children). Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund.

SMOKING:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the home and pool area. Please be mindful of other guests and surroundings and do not toss cigarette buds or ashes in the lawn, garden, or in surrounding areas. Smoking is allowed outside with the doors closed, only.

PETS are not allowed (Allergies).

PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture.

CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.
