The agents were great to work with, thank you for quick reply. Best location,right on beach, was great for family trip. House needs renovations but we were aware based on price point what to expect, . Bring toys for kids, no need for chair or umbrellas provided by host.

The location of this property was PERFECT for our needs. The beach was steps away from the back deck, and the intercoastal for fishing was steps away from the front door. The beds were super comfortable, and we were close to shopping & restaurants. Thanks for having us!

Pictures can be deceiving. Location PERFECT! Outdoor steps,deck and furniture UNSAFE! One set of steps busted and disconnected at support entire stair case swayed from side to side. Large deck facing ocean was dry rotted,cracked with weak spots and all Outdoor furniture was rusted,dry rotted with holes. Only 4 out of about 9 were safe to touch. Inside looked like all the water spots on walls and ceilings were just being painted over instead of fixed. A certain level of safety and maintenance should be required if you are going to rent to family's for thousands of dollars a week. Put a little of that back in to keeping it safe for others PLEASE

Since your stay, several improvements and repairs have been completed, including work to the exterior areas affected by coastal weather and recent storms. We are also in the process of replacing the outdoor furniture with new pieces. Our properties are regularly inspected and maintained, and any issues that could impact guest safety are addressed as quickly as possible. We appreciate your comments and will continue making improvements for future guests.

Beach is amazing!As other reviews stated driveway is a challengeI would recommend one of the ATV rentals House has some cosmetic/maintenance issues but we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect to enjoy time out on the patio or a walk out on the beach. It was a little outdated but not a big deal! Especially with the ability to walk right out the back door to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay!

Peaceful place!

Perfect place to stay when you don't want a crowded beach. We loved the quiet. Very nice to walk right out of the house, and be on the beach. Felt like a private beach! Great places to eat and shop right down the road!

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for us. It’s literally on the beach with fantastic view of the sunset. The beach items supplied were a huge plus. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and such. Definitely saved as a favorite location and will be coming back.

Relax on the beach

Great experience overall! The porch overlooks the ocean and is perfect! I was very happy to see plenty of cooking pans and pots and utensils. This is a must for a nice relaxing vacation right on the beach!

Location location location

Perfect location on the beach! Lower level bed was so comfy that we already went and bought one very similar. Everything needed was provided. Could use some updating but the rental makes that known in the description when reserving. Very nice property, beautiful sunsets
