Benvenuti in Palm Suite! Recentemente rinnovata, dotata di smart TV in ogni camera e connessione internet ad alta velocità gratuita, questa suite vanta 2 camere da letto queen size, un bagno con vasca / doccia e una cucina completa, fornita di forniture, questa suite ha anche una lavatrice privata di dimensioni complete e essiccatore nell'unità. Un ampio balcone regala viste dirette o sul Golfo del Messico e si affaccia sulla piscina e sulla vasca idromassaggio.
Ampio parcheggio in loco, incluso un garage. Situato di fronte al miglior ristorante della città, il Salt Rock Grill. A pochi passi dall'Indian Shores Coffee Shop e il quintessential dive bar, Mahuffer s, c'è anche un mercato domenicale durante la stagione, direttamente dall'altra parte della strada al municipio. Il municipio offre anche campi da tennis gratuiti, un parco per bambini sull'acqua e una biblioteca, letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada!
E proprio su una nota personale, sono orgoglioso di offrire un noleggio che pulisce WAY al di sopra e al di là della concorrenza. Ho imparato che i copriletti sono autorizzati solo a essere lavati due volte l'anno. Sei caduto dalla sedia? La cosa più grossolana che abbia mai sentito. Ci laviamo ogni volta. OGNI VOLTA. Sì. Prego. Quindi coccolati con sicurezza, amici miei.

Great stay!

We loved this beautiful ocean-front home. Clean, convenient, beautiful. The only problem we had was that our check-in email gave us the incorrect key code and we had to bother the owner in the middle of the night to get the correct one. She was super kind and understanding.

Great for a relaxing getaway!

We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. And we found it. The apartment was clean and, it was fully equipped. The building and the apartment needs some TLC. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The host was super attentive and was quick to answer all of our inquiries.One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. We did not use the pool. Overall a good experience.

Lovely Time

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and amenities in a great location and grateful for their hard work to recover from the storms. Our unit had a fantastic patio with awesome view of the gulf. It’s very quaint and intimate being only 3 units. While all the patios face the pool with great views, there are no time restrictions on pool use so it was disappointing to have kids playing after 10pm who didn’t quiet after requests made. We were excited and discussing booking again, but sadly after the noise issue was ignored we likely won’t be back and will be mindful of pool location and rules of other places.

You can’t beat the beach location and view! Pool was nice. Interior and porch do not match the pics in the listing. Things aren’t as nice. We also had a couple roach friends, and owners/managers seemed to always be on the property at the same time. No garage doors as posted either, but understandable due to last years hurricane. The listing could definitely be updated to show more of a realistic idea of where you are staying, but overall, you are just there for the beach, right?!

Pictures were not as advertised. Very misleading. Needs small fixes EVERYWHERE. door handle coming in was almost falling off, toilet paper holder falling off, patchy uneven paint thought the whole place. Balcony needs repairs. Sheets were very rough and piling. Pool and hot tub do not come on at the times advertised (6pm-10pm) therefore the hot tub is never hot. Pool lights were maybe on 3/7 days. ANTS EVERYWHERE. Broken bar stools. ALL PICTURES ADVERTISED WERE PRE-HURRICANE PICTURES. NOT AS ADVERTISED.

Great place!

Place is easy, accessible to the pool and beach. Its only 4 units, which gives way to lots of privacy. The views from the patio are amazing and makes perfect sunsets. For a small family, its great. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great Location!

This property location was perfect. Beach access was amazing as well as the pool. I really liked the smaller size building. The condo inside was just as described! Outside area could use a little sprucing up, but overall was good! Would stay again!

Refreshing

Our stay here was very refreshing and renewing. The view all day was great. The place was comfortable and quaint and clean. We loved being able to step out onto the beach and it wasn’t crowded. Communication was good. We will be back.

Great little condo building. Been renting at Indian Shoes for decades. The other people in building were incredibly friendly. The only improvement needed is secure WIfi.

Pool, hot tub didnt work, checkin was horrible, bed was sucken with blocks holding it up with some huge bug that bite us all week. Dishwasher didnt clean dishes. Slider was hard to open. I would not have my worst enemy stay here. Very unclean.

Sun and fun!

We enjoyed easy check in for this unit and minutes later we were on the beach!! Literally steps to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, we couldn’t have found a better place!! The weather was perfect for the entire length of our stay. Owners of the building were also readily available for any questions as well as suggestions for nearby dining. Loved it, and we hope to return!! Thank you!!

Great location

Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet.

So when the opportunity presented itself, we decided buy, renovate and open this boutique building to vacationers like you, to enjoy the area, like we do!
