Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House - 10/10Location - 10/10Seaside - 10/10Experience was perfect. Would not change a thing about the stay. Kids ages 14-6 loved the house. 3 stories and the kids were able to have plenty of fence in their little escape on the 3rd floor.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
Great location relative to the beach and town center. Communication and access was easy, staff I talked with was very nice and helpful. Lots of stairs and inside could use some paint touch up. Lots of glass easily accessible for little kids but this would not be an issue with older kids or adults. Overall would do again

Thank you for the great review! We're so glad the location, communication, and our team's helpfulness made for an easy, enjoyable stay. We'll pass along your notes on the paint touch-ups to our maintenance team. For families traveling with little ones, we always recommend reaching out before booking so we can help match you with a home whose layout - stairs, glass features, and overall setup - best fits your group's needs. Thanks again for staying with Homeowner's Collection, and we'd love to host you again!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is so cute. Villa Whimsey is a great location and a darling property. We loved it and would definitely go back. The house is great. The third floor is really not useable during the day in the summer. It’s so hot. The included bikes were a very nice touch. They left a nice soft side cooler and beach towels for us. The management company very responsive. All in all highly recommend this rental.

The perfect home for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5. It's nice enough without being too nice where you are afraid your kids will mess something up. I truly loved our time here. If you have a kid in a pack n play, the primary bathroom is large enough for your pack n play. The second guest room doesn't get too much morning light and so our kids miraculously slept in.
