Very roomy and the rooms were comfortable. There was an odd smell in the apartment above the garage, smelled like wet carpets but was usable after we opened a few windows.

Such an amazing place and great hosts!

We loved our stay! We had a big group of family and this place had everything we needed. The layout is amazing and the host was so responsive anytime we had a question or needed something. Would highly recommend this place!

Awesome place for our large family Thanksgiving

This place was perfect for our large family to get together for a great Thanksgiving. We had about 18 adults and 20 kids, and there was plenty of space and plenty of fun. Everyone had a nice place to sleep, and there was plenty of room to cook and eat our Thanksgiving dinner together. The main room had great decorations for the Holidays and the whole place was very clean. The check-in process was simple, and the hosts were great to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to gather around Bear Lake.

Fantastic Stay

Very clean, tons of stuff for kids to do. Great kitchen supplies. We loved this house had so much space. We had around 20 kids and it never felt loud or cramped. Location is close to town and of course the lake. Will definitely come back to this location!

Great overall but just a couple of suggestions for improvement

We loved the house overall and had a great time. Two things for the property managers / owners to be aware of: The bed in the West bedroom above the garage is small and uncomfortable compared to all the other beds. There is a sump pump or something like that under the house that makes very loud noises at night. It cycles on and off every couple of minutes and is very annoying at night. This was bad enough that we'd hesitate to rent this property again if it wasn't addressed. Thank you!

Love it!

We loved our stay in this ideal Bear Lake home. Us six siblings from all over the country met up with our families to enjoy time together. The house was perfect, clean, well stocked with the things you will need or want. I am particular so here are things I wish I had known before arriving... there is an exact replica of this house that shares the pictured yard space in the picture. So while it appears to be spacious, the other very large home is mere feet from this home, also full of guests... and the yard is not as spacious when many are trying to use it. A yard game we brought was damaged/broken from a guest in the "other" house because the space is that tight. Also, listed amenities were not in our "shed" space. The "other house" was using the items from our shed and their shed so that was annoying. The bikes needed air so our bike ride was not as expected with half flat tires. The large sectional in the family room also seemed to have some problem spots that were not comfortable. Aside from that, everything was perfect!

Thanksgiving 2023

We stayed there for three days over Thanksgiving. We brought all of our children and grandchildren with Plenty of room for all 24 of us. The kids loved the bunk rooms with the slide, climbing wall and swing. The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and everything we could need. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. One of the automatic locks wouldn't work. They were there within minutes to get it working again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Family Gathering

This was a great place for our family to gather. There was plenty of room, including lots of seating for meals, and a really good kitchen. The managers respond quickly to any question. It was a great experience for our family.

The Pentecostals of Salt Lake Ladies truly enjoyed their retreat at this location. We will be back next year. The 1/2 bath toilet, master bath toilet, bedroom bath by kitchen, toilets all malfunctioned, either wouldn’t flush or very slow to flush resulting in many flushes. The shower in the bedroom by the kitchen, the hot water is backwards resulting in low water pressure.

Best family reunion getaway home

This place is everything and more!!! We had a family reunion and there was space and activities for everyone regardless of age. Location is perfect, the house is perfect and the host is the awesome.

Great location!

We had an awesome time staying here. There was plenty of room, a very clean environment, and it was very close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved that there were enough bathrooms for our big crew. The kitchen/dining room/great room was very well stocked and there was seating for all. The hosts were quick and very responsive when we had questions. It really served our needs and we would gladly stay there again.

Great reunion house.

We booked this house for our family reunion. We have eight adult children who are married and have children. It was important to have a place for each family and let the cousins spend time together as well. With the large spacious rooms we were able to get together without stepping on each others toes. The kids loved the climbing wall, and the games around the house.n there was room for the littler kids to be in with Mom and Dad and the older to be in the bunk rooms. We had a lot of fun.

The best space!

We have held retreats at several cabins and this has been our favorite by far. The use of space, size of rooms, the layout is all perfect. And the hosts are AMAZING to work with. Always responds quickly and helpful with any questions. Love this property and will rent again.

Great place convenient location to Main Road

this is a great place if you have a fairly large group if you have a ton of people like maxing it out, you may have a little bit of trouble with bathroom space however, open layout is great One thing to point out is that some of the area is outside of the house above the garage and it’s not accessible from the main house so please make sure you pay attention to the floor plan. it was not a problem for us, but something to note. overall, we would stay there again thank you!
