The property was perfect for a family of four. All of the amenities were great. The communication with the host prior to our visit made our arrival very easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Maui.

Clean room. Easy check in and check up by the owner. Had one small issue with the door lock that was resolved in 1 min. Nicely outfitted. Beach chairs also available for use. Would definitely stay again.

This property has a great location. We love the Wailea area and the beaches around it. It is in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Beaches are a very short drive away. I guess you could walk to some of the beaches but we had a lot to carry. The price was good for the areas as well. A few things we didn’t like but were not deal breakers to stay here was the wall unit air conditioners. They were in each room and cooled the condo down nicely but were loud and made it hard to sleep at night. I had to get ear plugs. The master bed was way too soft for us. But everyone has different preferences on beds. We were a family of 4, two adults and two teenager and found that the living room furniture was a tad small for all of us to relax on at the end of a long day of hiking or snorkeling. I’m sure if you have smaller children it would be perfect. But none of these were “bad” or ruined our trip. We had a great time. The price for the location really made it worth it. Check in and out and communication was great.

Location was perfect - short walk to a number of bars/restaurants/shops and a short drive to Kihei and great beaches. Very quiet location. Host provided a very informative document with recommendations and suggestions.

Perfect location. The home is very comfortable. The only negative is the lanai is in the sun most of the day. It was very nice to have beach chairs to use, definitely a bonus. Really enjoyed our time here.

Everything about this condo was delightful. We enjoyed the location with nearby shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The complex itself was beautiful and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone.

We had an amazing time in Maui! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, walkable to the Wailea shops and Akamai Coffee with plenty of great dining options nearby. Chris was a great and helpful host!
