Yes the host was helpful every time I contacted her (which wasn’t often because everything was in order. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was nice and the heated pool was great.

The property was just as described online. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owners.I do recommend a car, unless you plan on walking at least a half mile one way to any local stores, restaurants, banks, etc.Perfect drop spot for someone on the go.

Great location

A great location. Close to restaurants and only a few miles from Roger Dean Stadium. Host was very responsive to our needs and the small apartment was very clean and suited our needs

Weekend get away

We were in town for a wedding and Angie’s place was perfect. It was close to all of our events and loved that it was only ten minutes to the beach. Nice pool and table and chairs in the back. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property in a great neighborhood. Host communicated well. Expectations regarding the stay were met. I recommend this place if u need a place to stay anywhere in that area or city.

Perfect location, loved private pool

My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament. Perfect location to both baseball fields, Roger Dean and Cacti. Place was very clean. Private heated pool was great. Used the outdoor grill and stove, microwave instead of eating out or fast food. Small but fine for us two and a lot of room by the pool.

Training in Florida

This rental was very convenient for me and my main concern was it being safe since I was by myself. I felt safe and very comfortable there. I would rent again if need be.

Worst bed ever.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The oven did not work. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. The mattress is worn out and felt like mush. The property owner did not explain the thermostat, so I had no idea how to cool it down in there until I figured it out on the last day. Between the mattress and the heat, I got very little sleep. And isn't the bed the most important thing about staying in a VRBO?

Hi Susan, so glad you enjoyed the suite. It's unfortunate you didn't ask for assistance during your stay and didn't notify us of your special needs functioning outside your home. We would have immediately assisted you on using a thermostat and oven. The previous guest loved the bed and amenities. Each guest has their preferred sleeping firmness. You may want to consider assisted living facilities for your next outing where you can get the help you need to be a better person.

Unsatisfactory Disappointed

Where do I begin. We weren’t given the right address drove around for an hour. Owner told us he does that because of break ins in the neighborhood. I then was sent an email to be respectful of the other people staying. Never got to use pool or back yard it was constantly occupied and stuff everywhere. The other people staying had friends come and take up two driveways. The turn around was taken up by a keep and the other drive had a Dodge Charger. Very disappointed called vrbo and made a complaint. We drove from Ohio and the people next to us both cars were from Florida.. We stayed one night and left went to Hampton inn . I have pics to show. . Sorry to much to right.

Hi Julie, if you stayed at our home in what others have described as an amazing, wonderful place you would have enjoyed the private dedicated drive, private entrance, private patio overlooking the pool with lovely outdoor furnishings and especially the beautiful tree lined neighborhood of safe, family homes. These amenities make your review silly and puzzling. You seem to be intellectually confused by the VRBO app and with simple instructions and challenged when recalling information. The neighborhood is wonderful as described by so many great reviews. You are a liar regarding your comment about break-ins and we'll be contacting VRBO to issue consequences for your actions. We unequivocally and emphatically have never heard of any issues whatsoever and could not have ever said that to you. Had we known about your intellectual special needs we could have tried to help but you never once contacted us about anything. It is likely unfortunate karma that follows you around on your journey as you attempt to mislead and hurt people. Regardless, our best wishes to you and kindest regards in hopes that you will learn to live a more joyful life.

February Stay

Bed was very comfortable and sheets high quality. We stayed in this unit for 6 nights which in hindsight was too long, this would be a good place for 1-2 nights. I honestly felt it was VERY over priced, especially when I learned that the couple in the apartment right next to us which was a one bedroom, full kitchen, dining and living area were only paying about 11.00/night more. The unit we stayed in should have been priced at a much lesser rate. There were also issues with the air-conditioning unit on the wall. It was very cold the first night we got there and you could not seem to turn the AC off, I texted them the next morning with regard to heat and they said they were not sure if there was heat in the unit or not. Pool was lovely, but could not use it since the water was freezing, but lovely to look at in the morning when we had breakfast outside. I did ask for a one hour extension for check out and Angie was very accommodating and let us check out at noon instead of 11:00am

Hi Monika, so glad you were pleased with your stay with the exception of other suite envy. Your description of pricing is inaccurate and you must have found value in it when you were booking compared to a hotel room and other local listings during the Honda Classic golf and Cardinals/Marlins spring training. Based on your description of using a thermostat I realize now you have special needs and limited cognitive function. Glad we could help when you needed it. The pool is normally very comfortable but you arrived on an unusually chilly 68° weekend. In the future I recommend you seek assisted living accommodations so you can get the care you need functioning outside your home. Hope you stay safe, all our very best wishes!

Fantastic Hosts!

Because of technical difficulties with Vrbo, the hosts had to find me another property to stay at. They didn’t know that until the day I was to arrive but by the time I arrived, they had a great house prepared for me. Angela and Anthony made sure that I had somewhere safe, clean and comfortable to stay while I recovered from a medical procedure. They are amazing hosts, highly recommend!

Spring Training Trip!

We had a great time at this rental. It was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to my questions before our visit and during it. It is located in a great neighborhood with lots of friendly people. I love early morning walks and the location was great for these. There is a paved walking trail through a conservation reserve close by. Within a few blocks are stores and restaurants so everything was convenient. We went down for spring training and were only about 10-15 minutes from the park. There is also a washer and dryer (ask my kids...this is a big deal to me) right behind the unit in its own little laundry room! So in short this suite had everything we needed!!!

Quite, peacful and perfect.

This host was the best, professional, polite and when an issue arises he was there on the spot. The place was very clean and the pool area was quiet and calm for a relaxing time. I gave it a 5 star because it meet all my needs. There was noting that I needed to run and get. Laundry was onsite as well.

Great place to relax and get away from the cold weather!

We were very pleased with the suite. It was very clean and a great place to spend a week. We were on the go a lot and therefore didn't spend a lot of wake up time there. If we were there at night and wanted to watch TV or read, it would have been nice to have another chair. Nice neighborhood!
