I'm so glad that you thought tha cabin was great, that makes us happy. The pool technician was at the cabin. Most cabins have their pool cleaners on a weekly set cleaning schedule, whereby they come to the cabin on a specific day and clean even if it is in the middle of a guest's stay. we however do not do that. we have our pool cleaner come right before every guest so that the pool is perfectly clean and fresh for each new guest's arrival. This instance was him popping in and he did so while you were out so that there was no interruption in your stay. I apologized then and I apologize now that that was upsetting to you, my goal was just the opposite.

Melissa, the element in the hot tub went out and it was fixed within 24 hours of the notification. You never mentioned the pool was not heating but the records indicated it was fully operational during your stay. There is a pool thermometer in the pool so that the temperature can be monitored. I wish I had had the opportunity to discuss this with you. I am happy to know that you loved the cabin and your time at the cabin and hopefully all that the area had to offer!
