The host was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area and things to do and places to eat. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The view was amazing.

Beautiful House with amazing Sunsets

We had a wonderful time at Brac Beach House, the house is located in a very quite neighborhood and the ocean views and sunsets from the veranda are spectacular. The house has everthing a guest can ask for and we were very happy there.

Peaceful Ocean VaK

The property is lovely. The owners are very responsive and eager to help you appreciate the beautiful island as they do. I can think of no better place to relax and commune with nature away from the crowds.

Beautiful ocean front serenity with all the amenities like you are at home. Deluxe scuba diving away from real world turmoil. Loved every minute we were there. Thank you for a stress free stay!

Brac Beach House is everything that our two couples could hope for in Cayman Brac. Wonderful location, impeccable appointments and kitchen accoutrements, incredibly clean and comfortable. The Beach House would work well for two couples and children also- plenty of room. Wonderful!

Absolutely amazing!

The Brac Beach House was perfect for us. It was in a great location, the house was clean and had everything we needed, and our host Rosanna was on top of everything. Her willingness to share so much information helped us enjoy our time that much more. If we come back to the island, we will definitely try staying here again.

A Hidden Jewel

Everything needed for a relaxing time…

We enjoyed the relaxing nature of the house and island… if you are looking to dive, snorkel, hike, and relax by the ocean, Brac Beach House was wonderful… the house is just as pictured, secluded, and stocked with everything you could need, from first aid kit, spices, pots/pans, storage containers, beach towels, grocery bags, and a cooler. The owners are great about recommending activities and dining options… perfect off the beaten path vacation..

Perfect house and host

This property is lovely...bright and clean inside, and an amazing view outside. Every room is perfectly laid out, and there is plenty of room. The host (Rosanna) sends tons of great information, and answers questions immediately. Cayman Brac is a very small, very quiet island. But if that is what you are looking for, you can't find a more ideal place to enjoy it than the Brac Beach House.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful spot! This was our second visit to Brac Beach House and it was even better than the first time. The house is clean, beautiful, and very well equipped with anything you could want. It's an ideal home base for snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, biking and otherwise exploring this laid-back island. A perfectly tranquil and relaxing vacation! The owner Rosanna is extremely helpful and responsive. Thanks Rosanna and Larry! We hope to return again before too long!

Beautiful stay at the Brac Beach House

Rosanna was the perfect host in every way imaginable. The property exceeded our expectations as did the island itself. If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would! The only complaint was that we weren’t able to stay longer than we did to enjoy the sunsets, sunrises, venturing into the water, and relaxing with a gorgeous view from everywhere in and around the house! We couldn’t have been happier with our entire visit to Cayman Brac and the Brac Beach House.

Outstanding Vacation Home

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay at the Brac Beach House in November. The house is well appointed, spacious, and the view of the sea from all rooms is incredible. Rosanna (host) provided detailed information regarding all aspects of the house and the island including restaurants, dive and snorkelling sites, grocery stores, caves, and more. We do not dive but if you do this island is definitely the place for you. Exploring different sites along the north and south roads was part of our daily routine. The island is small and quiet which made our vacation very relaxing. The Brac Beach House is simply outstanding!

The best!

We’ve been to Cayman Brac more than a dozen times and stayed in various beach front homes. This house is definitely on the top of our list! Beachfront of course, but also roomy, extra comfy couches and beds, a huge master shower, and a very spacious covered back porch. It is also the most well-stocked house we have ever stayed in anywhere. The kitchen, the laundry, and the bathrooms were so well stocked it truly felt like home. If we needed it, it was already there. Owner was very easy to reach and provided lots of useful home and island info. We will definitely be back to Brac Beach House!

Perfection in Paradise

Brac Beach House is ideally located steps from the water and at the end of a quiet street. This is our third stay at the house and the new owners are seriously committed to ensuring you have a superlative vacation. The house is well equipped; all amenities are at your disposal. Communication from Rosanna is practically instantaneous. She responds throughly and within a few hours. I definitely recommend the Brac Beach House to anyone wanting a luxuriously appointed house in a wonderful location.

Beautiful home with an excellent view!!!

We rent homes often and this is one of the nicest beach houses we have ever rented. We were met at the airport by a representative, taken to the house and given the key & instructions. Rosanna (owner) could not have been more accommodating. She answered all questions and gave suggestions, prior to our arrival. The house was extremely clean and well cared for, with attention to detail. I cannot say enough about this property or the Owners. You can dive from the shore plus they have a new kayak for use. We will definitely be back!

Little Slice of Heaven…

First time to Cayman Brac and BBH and both exceeded our expectations! Thank you Rosanna and Larry for being the perfect hosts and sharing your beautiful island and beach house with us. Both the house and grounds were meticulously maintained and well stocked and allowed for the most amazing time. We particularly loved being just steps from the water or just wasting the day away on the gorgeous lanai. The sunsets from the house were incredible and it became a competition who could capture the most spectacular photo!Special shoutout to Rosanna for alerting us to Turtle Patrol and Turtle Watch CB. This was truly a bucket list item come true!We loved our time at BBH and our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. Thanks again for sharing your little slice of heaven and helping to make our first stay in CB so perfect. Can’t wait to return!

Christmas on The Brac

A setting to relax and have unhurried family time. The island was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Access to groceries was easy. Barracudas restaurant/bar was our favorite local eatery. If you are looking for quiet and slow this is definitely the place to come. We did not SCUBA, but we did snorkel everyday. There is very little life in the reefs close to shore. The waters were choppy there on the north side of the island. We did find some calmer waters on the south side.

Dear Amanda & family, Happy to hear you and your family were able to relax and enjoy some quiet family time while at the Brac Beach House on Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands. It truly is a special place. The north side is typically calmer side of island. When snorkeling along shoreline, one might see small sea turtles, southern stingrays burrowing into sand to find a meal, variety of tropical fish, and sometimes juvenile fish swimming about in and around small coral heads and sand crevices. Diving offshore, a bit further out, you'll find our very pristine Frigate Reef with several coral mounds and a mini-wall with whole array of sea life, including schools of fish, moray eels peeking their heads in and out of coral mounds, along with possibly a few eagle rays that have been spotted enjoying that area of reef as well. Brac Island Life

The property is a well built user friendly property. One can easily waste the day away on the lovely and spacious veranda overlooking the ocean as the waves lap at the shore. Comfortable King size beds provide and easy nights sleep. The home is located in a quiet area and well located to grocery stores, restaurants and “The Bakery”. A few lizards and the hermit crabs provided critters for the youngsters to enjoy watching. The house is located at and near great snorkel and dive sites. We received plenty of information about the home and the island before arriving but the available information in the home made finding anything on the island extremely easy. Staying here was a good decision and will be an easier one in the future. We look forward to a future visit.

Beautiful house with incredible sea views!

Our family spent just returned from two weeks at the Brac Beach House. I'm still daydreaming about having my morning coffee on the veranda as the waves break against the shore just a few feet away. Brac Beach House is an amazing place to get away from it all. Aside from an occasional shore fisher down the beach or visits from some friendly neighborhood pups, the location at the end of the road was very private. It is one of the best maintained and outfitted homes we've rented in the Caribbean. We did not dive during our visit, but found plenty to do. Snorkeling and kayaking from the shore right in front of the house, caving all around the bluff, sightseeing..and relaxing. Rosanna is a fantastic owner and went out of her way to communicate before and throughout the visit to make sure all our questions were answered. We are definitely planning to return again soon!

A home, host and island you will not regret

This was the second time we have stayed on the Brac. Our first VRBO was obviously nice enough that we came back to the island. The Brac Beach House exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The house is immaculate, yet lived in. Everything is white and the fit and finish is excellent. Rosanna is an excellent communicator and has an almost endless supply of helpful ideas on how to spend your time in their beach home. While the home is named a beach house, the beaches in the Brac are not the wide expanses of sand that you might find in other areas of the world. Sturdy shoes are required for walking, and booties are required to enter the water. It is nevertheless idylic. We were able to do a lot of snorkelling at various places around the island. Most visitors to the island seem to be divers. I think that one can easily dive from the BBH. The master bedroom and bath are exceptional, however the bath for the second bedroom is more modest, yet functional. BBH would be a great place for two couples to stay and explore the island. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and the two dive shops. My wife and I stayed for three weeks, and could have stayed longer. Places like the Brac, and the Brac Beach House are increasingly rare to find.

Fantastic getaway

Just returned from an awesome stay at Beach House. My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and listen to the ocean, away from it all, and this house delivered wonderfully. The house was clean, well maintained, private and has a magnificent porch for taking in the ocean, rain or shine. We made use of the well stocked kitchen, as we enjoyed purchasing groceries at the island market and generally preparing our own meals. We brought our own water shoes and snorkeling gear, but we aren't the particularly adventurous sort, so we just waded into the ocean from the shore (which is right there!), and enjoyed viewing the sea creatures in shallower depths. Still spotted a ray, some squid and a myriad of fish! As others have mentioned, this location is not a sandy beach, so plan accordingly. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and will definitely assist with questions and suggestions. But the house had everything we needed and then some! Some of the other things we enjoyed on the island were Sushi Tuesday at Barracuda's, hiking the island trails, getting fresh bread from the local bakery and fresh produce from the farm market. Every evening we were back at the house, though, soaking in those ocean sunsets. Definitely can't recommend this house enough, and definitely would return.

Want for Nothing!

Wow! Where do I start? Rosanna & Larry's property is spectacular! Beautifully kept and furnished and right on the ocean. What more could we ask for? Well, we didn't have to ask for anything. From the time we booked and all through our trip, Rosanna provided us with all the information we needed for a trip to Cayman Brac: info on diving and snorkeling, where to get groceries, best places to eat (where and when), maps, rental cars, and the list goes on! And then, when we arrived at Brac Beach House, we were suitably impressed with how the house was outfitted. A typical VRBO rental has the requisite dishes, kitchen wares and towels, but at Brac Beach House – there was so much more! Yoga mats, snorkels and fins dishes and cutlery galore, beach towels, flashlights, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, binoculars and more. Too many things to list here. Suffice it to say, you will want for nothing! Rosanna was also very responsive to our needs. We had a medical issue that required a doctor’s visit and she was in touch with us all the way. She took a huge burden off our shoulders and I cannot thank her enough. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cayman Brac, look no further!
