Nicholas, please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you had during your stay. At no point did we feel you were begging for help and tried to quickly resolve the problems as much as we could. When things such as washers go out, sometimes a part is needed or we have to call in a third party vendor and we have no control over both situations. We do hope, despite the inconvenience, that you enjoyed your vacation and again, we do apologize for any problems that occurred.

Tara, thank you for taking the time to share a review! We always appreciate the feedback and loved the pros list that you shared. The golf cart and proximity to Baytowne make an adults-only vacation so much more fun! We're so sorry to hear that you found a bug when you arrived. Our property managers let us know that you notified them of one in the sink and they'd asked if you could send a photo. Unfortunately, we don't have records of "many of them" having been reported but we do ensure that if there is ever an issue, it's always taken care of prior to a guest's arrival. And you are correct in regards to the property and furniture being dated, however, we do feel like the photos and description listed are an accurate depiction of the property. Because you had reached out prior to staying with us, we did offer to move you but that offer was declined by you/your party. Thanks again for sharing, it's great knowing that you were able to enjoy that private beach of ours!
